Yes, but it requires a library like LibUSB or WinUSB and possibly a "filter" driver. For the data formats to send it, look for the raster command reference pdf on the Brother downloads site.

Is there any laminated paper for clean room that can We use this label printer?

I thought I'd chime in on this because I have a very similar application. They do not sell laminated labels per se, but they do offer some non-paper labels. They call it film tape. In my case I use the 2.4" wide continuous length labels and you can buy DK-2212 (black on white, 50' length) or DK-2606 (black on yellow, 50' length). Keep in mind that these are quite expensive compared to the paper labels but given the clean room application, I'm guessing paying 6X or more per label may not be a big issue when the alternative is a particle shedding label. I don't know for sure that these film tape labels won't shed particles, but the rolls I bought felt like plastic with adhesive so I'm guessing they will at a minimum shed less than their paper counterparts. If you have different label needs (not the 2.4" wide rolls) just search on amazon for "brother film tape" and you should get a lot of results. tldr: They offer non-paper labels, search amazon for "brother film tape" to find some possibilities that may work for your clean room application.
