What size cabinet do I need for this grill

You should get at least 30” cabinet. The cut out for the grill is off center, because of the control panel. It is a great grill.

What is the voltage on it?

it's 110. We plugged it into our existing outlet. Works like a charm. 2 things I wish i had done from the beginning....order the permanent drip pans and a griddle (check out the sale/refurbished section of Kenyon's website). We purchased them after the fact and love them. Great grill!

I want to buy the reuseable drip pans and need to know how many drip trays are required 1or 2?

Two are needed, one for each side of the grill. Four aluminum trays come with the grill itself and can be used quite a few times before they need to be replaced.

How much space is needed in the rear to accommodate lids in open position

From the back flange of the grill to our back wall we have 4 inches. The grill top just opens and stays open on its own. A little more room, another inch or two, would be nice but 4 inches will work. Less than that, I can't say for certain if the top will remain open on its own.
