As classic as they come
I wore this on & off throughout the 80's and it has stood the test of time. It's a little lighter than I remembered, but it's not wimpy or watered down. It's just that civet and a few animal oils once used in perfumes in the 80's and before are no longer available and used in perfumes. To me, this was everything that J'ai O'se was not. That smelled like an ash tray. Paloma smells like expensive incense or any of the perfumes you used to be able to get duty free in the United Arab Republic. Back in the day. The bottle, an art object, speaks for itself. Let the perfume speak for you...

One of my Favorite Perfumes, The Real Deal too!
One of my all time favorite perfumes. Hard to find and the price was reasonable. Its the real deal, not a knock off. The scent is so fabulous and lasts a long time. No leakage at all.

I am very happy with my fragrance
I am very happy with my fragrance. I first bought this when living in Ireland over 26 years ago after smelling its lovely woodsy scent on a girlfriend. I immigrated to the USA and only recently thought about this scent again. I tried to get in duty free when we were travelling during Spring break but didn't luck out. So, I went on-line to search. Bingo! I will admit when I used recently after so many years away from this it seemed overpowering but, after a little bit it was like the scent that I remembered so well and brought back vivid memories of when I wore it in my younger days. You should use sparingly as it is strong and you don't want to come across as overpowering. My other favorite is Opium and again, a little goes a long way. Hope this helped!
