Amazing invention.
We make our own wine, and this is a game changer for bottling your wine. Allows you to get the most liquid out with none of the solids. Worth every penny.

This one is a bit short. Look for a longer one. Works great for bottles
These work great but this one is a bit short.

Reliable way to remove liquids
I use this to rack my mead getting the liquid out and the fruit to stay in. It works great draining the liquid quickly and leave out all the small particles of fruit. Just as advertised.

Must have
If you are into homebrewing and don't have one of these, you definitely should change that. Auto siphons have made racking and bottling so much fun and you won't have to suck start or do the water trick anymore

Siphon away!
I love this siphon. I can control the flow by dropping my container or leave it level and pump it. I love the tip to screen sediment. I would purchase again!

Works well for a one person bottling day.
Bought this to use with one gallon jugs, and I also bought the clamp that holds the body in place. This really works well for a single person to use for bottling small batches of beer. The clamp frees a hand so one hand starts the siphon and the other hand hold the bottle filler open until the siphon starts flowing. This siphon also has a trub cap on the end. I've seen these on racking canes in the past and I mostly thought they were gimmicks. Changed my mind today. This batch had a two inch think layer of trub and yeast on the bottom, and I initially tried to hold the tip of the siphon above the sludge. However as I worked my way down I hit bottom, and yet my racked beer was very clear.I would put only very minor negatives about this product. One is that since this is a lightweight item, it's hard to "feel" the siphon starting. It takes some practice, so I filled a jug with star san and practiced with it until I was sure how it behaved. The second and last minor item is that one cannot easily remove the tubing from the racking cane. I was afraid of breaking the cane so I left the tubing on.This worked great for me and I'm happy with the purchase.
