Took a While to Fall In Love With
I was embarrassingly excited to receive this item and probably need to get out more. Initially impressed with the size, sturdiness and look but it was frustratingly slow to assemble due to lack of directions in or on the box. Managed eventually using the picture on the box and common sense as I am an experienced self assembler and it looks and feels exactly what I wanted and hoped for. Suspect the nuts may need tightening from time to time after a lot of use so recommend keeping the tiny wrench provided in a safe place. Took a while to position on our round draining surface for ease of use and sturdiness but the moveable legs do at provide options. Plate stacker sections could do with being higher as it is a bit temperamental and causes the domino effect if not carefully stacked. The glass draining section is also good for mugs/cups but tips unless they are stacked onto and removed from the centre hooks first. Much easier to keep clean than traditional plastic drainers, particularly the drip tray as it slides out easily, can be rinsed after use and left to dry upside down on the top or bottom shelves. Only the based of the cutlery holder needs thorough cleaning but the opaque plastic base makes it obvious when it needs cleaning. Base comes off relatively easily but I recommend patience over force otherwise it could possibly become misshapen and difficult to put back on. All criticism aside, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my drainer rack and would hate to go back to a traditional plastic one. I think it's fair to say the "Professional" in the description sums it up. It's definitely for those of us who like to do the dishes mindfully, so if you just want to wash up and go it's not for you.

Excellent Product
I had one of these before (bought elsewhere) and it lasted several years, but due to a design fault with the plastic feet, the metal part that sat in the feet rusted away. I bought a different two tier dish drainer to replace it, but it was nowhere near as good as my original. It wasn't tall enough for a large mug or tumbler. I've now got rid of that one and bought this one instead. I have to say this one is brilliant. Just as good as the original but with a modification to the plastic feet. There are two little feet on each side of the drainer, which means they can be easily moved to fit a wonky draining board and the metal (hopefully) will no longer go rusty. It holds lots of dishes of different shapes and sizes, as well as glasses, mugs and my steamer and saucepans.

Replaced old one
I like these drainers , replacement for old one , which I had for 6 yrs, like others had problem with straightening this one , found it was 2 of the bolts too big for tread , took bolts off old one, which fitted this one , so now great , seller was quick to actually offer a resolution , so would be happy to purchase in future from seller as well

SQ Professional 2 Tier Dish Drainer Rack with Drip Tray (Chrome) - it'll do
Assembly was straight forward but when I put it on the worktop it would not sit right at all. Had to partially stand it on the metal frame on one side and ease the plastic feet inwards to take up the gap on the other side. Then it stood ok. I don't think it's my worktops that are the problem so much as the device itself. Then I attempted to get my plates an cups on it. My old X shaped wooden rack supported the plates a little higher up on their rims but also had narrower sections. These sections were quite wide and that meant that the plates clanged into one another a lot more. Not something a professional cook would like I think. Chipped plates. Didn't appreciate that nuance when I ordered it. It takes all my plates and cups and a little more besides. Due to the plate racks wider gap it took larger plates with a dished edge much better than the old wood one but conversely it did not take small flat plates as well as the old wood one. So pros and cons on that front. I would have liked to seen more graduated sections so that smaller plates would be held more firmly. Anyway it was as shown in pics and not damaged. The finish is reasonable. I want it for storage only, not to dry plates on. Therefore it won't get exposed to water. I think it will do. Is it Cook's Professional ? not quite to my mind but for £12.99 I did not really expect it to be. That's just a name. So the good points are it stores all of what I need it to store and it looks fine. The bad points are the plate storage method and the get around I had to do to get it to stand right. So it's not 5 star. I'll happily give it 3 stars but if you have expensive plates beware as I think they could get chipped/cracked.

Exactly as needed
Bought this dish drainer to replace a previous one that was similar due to the legs corroding with use. It was good value for the price paid, and seems very stable, even when fully loaded. It was very easy to put together, it only took a few bolts. For the price I paid and how good it looks, I cannot fault it at all.

Lovely to have in the kitchen
This looks great in our kitchen! It’s good value for money, especially since some 1 tiered drainers are the same price. The top tier could do with being a little deeper, I feel I have to be careful and ensure the plates I put on there are steady as I slot them in. The glasses holder works ok, but again I have to be careful when leaving glasses on there...I find myself wobbling them when placing them on to ensure they won’t fall off. But maybe that’s just the norm...not sure I see what more could be done to ensure they would be secure with the design. None have fallen off as yet, but I do always wobble them a little before leaving to dry. The tray is easiest enough to pull out and clean, so no complaints there. Time will tell as to whether rust will build up with it being metal. I feel I can’t win with that one, as I had a plastic one prior to this...and that just got full of mildew and hard to clean, so maybe just a case of regular cleaning. I like that this wasn’t immediately sitting on the draining board, as my last plastic one was, and the amount of mildew that would build up due to it all getting stuck, was unbelievable and horrid! One to be careful of is the fact that the glasses bit is not fully attached, so can come off of not careful, same with the cutlery holder...I’ve knocked the cutlery holder off a couple of times so far!! Not the end of the world with cutlery...but with glasses or mugs, it’s a different story! The Nana in the family has requested I buy one for her, so they must look nice and impressive, so I’d recommend, but just be careful with it.
