This is a women's full-figure bra. 36A is not available.

Q: Does the underwear poke at your ribs?

It’s actually very comfortable and I have not experienced any discomfort from the bra in the ribs, shoulders, or back!

Q: Does anyone else have a problem with the bra straps making noise?? I love this bra but they ring and where the strap attaches in the front creaks!

Yes and it is still noisy after the first wash, so hopefully it goes away after a few more washings. It's the first time I've bought a noisy bra and I think it's the strap elastic and not the hardware that makes the noise. I love the fit and the design, so I will put up with the snap, crackle and pop.
