Connected to home WiFi, ran through the setup (which took a lot longer than it usually takes with most smart devices), updated the installed apps, installed 2 apps for my daughter, and it kept disconnecting from the WiFi the whole time. It disconnected 8 times within the first 30 minutes, whether we were sitting 6 feet away or 40 feet away from the router. I figured I'd just return it next day. I'd mark this unit as defective.

Unfortunately, I had to return this, it was too slow for my 4 year old. Takes forever to load and she lost interest. Perhaps would be better for a very young toddler.

I ordered this tablet around the 17th of April the touch screen started to malfunction and it freezes from time to time to the point that I had to turn off the tablet to be able to get the device to work properly and the last thing about it the tablet turn off and it never came back on ... when my daughter got to used it , I noticed that it's difficult for kids to operate unfortunately now the tablet turn off and it never came back on

Did not last a year. It just stopped working out of the blue. No damage was done to the tablet. It lasted maybe 7 months.

The tablet kept freezing, and disconnecting from the WIFI. I returned The tablet the 2nd week of May 2019. It’s the last week and I’ve yet to be contacted nor credited back my money.

It's cute but difficult to connect to Wi-Fi and pretty slow.

Horrible product!! My daughter played with it only a handful of times and it stopped working. Battery life was bad from day one and had trouble with it from day one. Ended up having to purchase something else
