I use these all the time for smaller circles. They won't cut anything very thick -- cardstock is about it. But they are small, so that's ok. Easy to use.

Good little circle punch - nice design!
This is a sturdy little work horse. I have used it to cut out small paper circles to fit into earring bezels. The paper fits the 12 mm holes perfectly.
