Put one little pastille on each side between gum and cheek and let it melt. Then, you will avoid getting that sore throat that is starting. It has been working for me for the past 7 years. Wonderful product.

These remind me of the very old fashioned licorice called "Helps"I keep one with me at all times. Great for sore throats, or in placeof a mint or piece of gum My mother and granddaughter love them also
