We often brewers in a 2 L water kettle because it really doesn’t leave residues or stains and it makes my life so much easier just to throw in 2 tablespoons of this roasted barley and just hit the on buttonBuying bulk is a real big money saver as I told my son since he drank all of his mom‘s barley tea and teabags he had to replace it, and we noticed that the teabags were only around 200 g compared to this bag which was much larger it’s like saving Four times the amount over teabags maybe moreI highly recommend this product that taste wonderful. It has a nice color caramel style to it and it’s just absolutely a 24 hour day for us.We like to add a little bit of coffee creamer in it also it makes it more fun

Taste great and easy to make!

Makes a tasty tea. You can get this much more cheaply in an Asian grocery. Even cheaper is buying plain pearl barley and toasting your own.

I grew up on barley tea and had to get some. So glad Amazon has this! This pack is a good size to buy a put into a container. Each batch I make is around tablespoons, which last around 2-5 days in our house. It's so good and good for you!

This is an outstanding barley tea - one of the best ones I've tried at home. Very comforting hot or cold, and has a nice, rich, toasty flavor. A little goes a long way. Two heaping tablespoons of loose grains will make me an entire pot of about 2-3 quarts. Let the water boil before you add the barley, and let it steep for a few minutes only. Letting it steep too long gives a slight bitter aftertaste; but that's the case with all barley tea, not necessarily just this one. The other reviews for this product led me to try it, and they were accurate. If you're looking for a good Korean barley tea, definitely try this. It's comforting on a cold, dark day when served hot, and refreshingly cool and smooth chilled during hot weather. I could drink this by the gallon. Will definitely be a staple in my household.

I have had a lot of barley tea before, and I love it. But this brand literally tastes like fish. I would know, I worked on a sushi-grade fish farm for 3 years, I know what fish tastes like. It tastes like fresh fish though, if that makes anyone feel better. Still not a very taste-bud appealing tea.
