Great deal on quality basswood
Excellent quality basswood is clear, beautiful and nicely sanded. Dimensionaly, all are exactly the same. They are sealed in a celophane package to keep them from rattling around inside a good, strong and reusable carboard box. Excellent value for the money!

Great Product
I bought these blocks so I would have a supply of "small" blocks for learning ot wood carve. The blocks came in a very timely fashion, they are all very uniform in size and the wood quality is great.I wish the seller had some larger blocks I oculd buy now.

very smooth basswood with clean lines and accurate measured wood
I liked the fact that a lot of wood came in a relatively small box...the basswood has clean lines and is cut very cleanly...I carve and/or whittle little people and other small things like chess pieces and wooden dice...I love working with wood and this is the best wood product that I've received on Amazon and I've bought quite a lot of basswood on Amazon...for me to say that this is the best quality wood I've received on Amazon so far really means that they are doing something really right!

Excellent wood , carves well (butter) holds well it does dry dark after oil at least the batch I got , well worth rebuying

Versatile
I used these to extend the legs of a shoe rack that I wanted to make a side table for a couch. I dyed them with just Old English and then we glued them to the existing "legs" and it has worked great. Added just enough height to make the shoe bench the right size and height for beside the couch.

Exactly what you need to begin carving at a fair price!
On time delivery, All blocks where 1”x 1” x 4” . Which is exactly what I need to make the 5 -minute wizard as a beginners carving project. Pluse the price was fair.
