This protein powder is the the best tasteing one I have tried.. One scoop mixes well with 8 ounce of water - tastes like a shake and no after taste.

I have been obsessed with Quest’s protein powder, protein bars, and other items for years! I have tried numerous protein powder blends over the course of the years, and have never found one that doesn’t taste chalky and gross. That is, until I tried Quest’s protein powder. My favorite is the cookies and cream, and I even blend it with a handful of spinach and ice, which leaves me with a frosty like creamy shake! (The spinach turns the shake green, but I swear you can’t taste it!) I will say that the price of this protein powder has significantly increased, especially over the last year or two. What used to be $23.99 is now atleast $32.99. You can still find it reasonably priced on rare occasions. I would easily rate this five stars, but due to the extreme price hike, I have given it four stars. I hope that helps if you are looking for the perfect protein powder!

Flavor is good, not as good as the protein bar of the same flavor. Good if you mix with milk or nut milk, NOT water. The directions say water, and I can tell you, it is GROSS and undrinkable with water. Just do yourself a favor and use your favorite milk, almond milk, oat milk or whatever, and make an enjoyable shake. Good value for the money, and the texture is not too bad if you mix it well. Saw no issues using on low carb diet, and is fairly low calorie for the amount of protein.

My first shake I made with water & to me it was very very very sweet, almost too sweet. 2nd shake I made, I used Vanilla almond milk. Taste so amazing!! I thought "thats YUMMY how many of these a day can I have?!" I used a shaker bottle and it was a smooth drink.

Kinda disappointed with this. The flavor is mediocre. It gets kinda foamy when blended which I like because the consistency reminds me of a shake. Just gross when mixed with water only. The flavor is bland. Won't buy this flavor again. I tried mixing it with another protein powder and it came out tasty then, but it's mainly because the other product tastes way better compared to this. Quest has great protein bars, and their protein pizzas are awesome though.

I've went through so many protein shake mixes and this by far has to be my favorite. Mixes smooth and the flavor is great. If you like cookies and cream flavors this definitely gets the craving out the way in a healthier way. This is my new go to for sure.

The flavor is amazing , only down fall is how hard it is to mix with water , but in yogurt amazing can't go wrong

Honestly I was nervous this product would end up with a chalky flavor, but I was surprised that it came out with a good flavor that wasn’t chalky at all. I end up using this everyday day at work.

Due to many dietary restrictions and living the Keto lifestyle for health reasons, Quest is an absolutely delicious meal replacement. I'm 104 lbs but living Keto as it helps tremendously for my critical gastrointestinal problems. I have a problem eating protein-laiden foods so with 20 grams per serving Quest is perfect. In addition, those watching carbs Quest is fabulous as it has only 2 Carbs per serving and only 1 gram of sugar. Personally, I add 8 ounces of unsweetened Almond Milk with the 6 ounces of water in order to make a richer tasting but less thick shake, thus for me it is easier to digest (I use 1 and a 1/4 scoops of powder). The Cookies and Cream is seriously deeeliccciousss!! I drink one shake and I'm good the entire day without any problem. Other times I forego it in the morning and have a shake for my dinner...it is quite filling. I've tried many protein shakes and Quest is by far my favourite.

Cookies and cream protein is my favorite flavor when it comes to whey shakes. This is by far the best one I've ever had as it is most similar to the "cookies and cream" name. It is more chocolatey than vanilla, which I am not the biggest fan of but it still tastes great. Quite expensive for 1.6lb but it tastes great. Too bad I cannot find 5lb versions of this flavor. Overall, great taste but also cost quite a bit. Not sure if I will be purchasing it again

I love the crunch, it’s nice to mix it with chocolate protein to use as a syrup, but by itself it has a protein after taste.

This Cookies & Cream flavour tastes terrible! Tastes as if I'm drinking cardboard mixed with sand!
