I received the scanner new in box just like described. For the most part it does everything I need it to except some of the reset functions don’t work for the jaguar Land Rover product line and since I work at a jlr dealership that was one of the main reasons I bought it. Took a little getting used to but it works great

Realmente es un producto de alta calidad, el proveedor me lo ha enviado mucho mas rápido de lo que pensaba, ademas es muy practico, el equipo es completamente el original, en excelentes condiciones, tanto el Launch CRP429C como el EL-50448 TPMS, para los que desean realizar un diagnostico de sus vehículos avanzado este es el equipo que necesitaban, lo he comprobado en Mitsubishi Lancer ES 2004, hasta un Mitsubishi Mirage SE 2017 en ambos me ha resultado increíble, ademas cuenta con una base de datos para los problemas muy buena y para utilizarlo no necesita estar conectada a internet ya que este se encuentra almacenada en su memoria sin embargo de ser necesario te permite conectarte a Internet desde la misma tablet para buscar rápidamente la forma de como corregir dichos errores, muy fácil de usar, tiene una increíble variedad de marcas de vehículos que es compatible con este dispositivo y un sin numero de funciones adicionales que te permitirán ahorrarte mucho en aspectos técnicos y económicos, ademas de conocer mucho mejor el estado de tu vehículo, algo que a mi punto de vista es genial, es que cuando finaliza un escaneo general del vehículo y mostrarte la información en pantalla acerca de si todo esta bien o algunos errores, este te permite enviarlos al correo electrónico de una manera muy profesional como informe, tanto para los usuarios finales que nos gusta conocer nuestro vehículo como a los que desean colocar algún taller, este equipo les resultara muy bueno, útil y sofisticado.

Es medio difícil para usar todas sus funciones una vez que le agarras el truco trabajas bien con el scanner, muy costoso para las funciones que tiene pero hasta ahora me ha salido bueno.

First thing I did was attempt to update the scanner, downloaded 3/4 of the update and storage filled. I’m only showing 4.88GB of storage not 8GB. And when I attempt to delete items it crashes. I can’t do a lot of things because storage is full. The manual is no help and customer service is not available during weekends.

I am a diy mechanic. This would be the perfect tool for me. It's not bad by any means. But it doesn't even have enough storage for its own updates. And you can't expand it either. Most of the "special" functions are useless. But when it does what you need it to do it's great. I don't regret buying it but it could have been so much better

Works great right out of the box. Has outperformed all of my expectations. Example: I recently used for an overheating diagnostic. After the fix was completed on the vehicle, I went for a test run and was able to record the temp. Graph and send it to the customer!

Over priced, still have to manually input vin after it “auto detects” I haven’t been able to program keys with it like it says, annoying to navigate and doesn’t read / detect a lot of modules like advertised. Keeps getting errors trying to update because it only has 5gb memory (NOT expandable) Save your money and buy something else. (I’ve been a technician for 6+ yrs, I wouldn’t recommend this)

It's good, easy to use and read. You can disable auto vin search because it'll drive you nuts every time you plug it in. Anyhow, it does lots of reading and live data streams but it's not a "true" bidirectional scan tool but again, it's got mega functions and data streams that are actually readable on screen.. It's only a step or two from a bidirectional scanner.
