They are nice but too much in money

I am nursing a meniscus tear and am doing Aquafit to rehab it, and to stay in shape. I was having trouble getting my heart rate up and my instructor said I needed to create more drag in the water. These did the job. Easy to put on, and comfortable. Just be careful you don't stumble walking on the pool deck.

My husband injured his back 2 weeks before Christmas and literally couldn't walk more than 30 sec to a minute at a time! He really messed his back up. He had a long road of recovery which took almost 2 months and continues to this day. The main part of his physio was in a pool with his fabulous physiotherapist. He used these fins in the pool to help him with his exercises to gain more resistance. He was thrilled when I found them here as you can't buy them just anywhere. The physio therapist has her own that she uses with her patients but he wanted his own to use in our backyard pool. Along with arm paddles he uses his back is better than it ever was. and this was his second injury. Thank you for selling these I am sure it will help him keep on track with his healing!!
