Q: I have quite a swollen foot on top. Really struggling to find shoes that fit. How stretchy are these?

I have wide feet and sometimes my feet swell but the these are very stretchy after wearing them a few times. Very comfortable shoes

I don't know what you mean by heel support, but I have weak ankles and don't have any problem walking with them

Yes they are better without socks
