Worth keeping in my workout recovery routine
These patches are great to have on hand after a workout when my muscles are sore or achy. They are easy to apply and stay in place well. They typically last all day and can be worn overnight to wake up pain-free. They provide a nice cooling relief that makes recovery comfortable. The 5-pack of boxes is convenient, especially if you use regularly.

they're a smaller patch and they work well for pain relief / I use them on my lower back and the patch works for 10 - 12 hrs /. the scent is menthol, which isn't an issue for me / the patches travel well. /
