These patches are great to have on hand after a workout when my muscles are sore or achy. They are easy to apply and stay in place well. Gets expensive, but does the trick. Relieves the pain. The large size is rather. Sometimes I use two. One for each low back hip.

sooo calming to my shoulder..very soft and cooling. good size for shoulder . stays on for at least 24 hours..easy application, non greasy and the scent is a little strong at first but then lightens. no skin irritation at all

These patches serve me better than the gel. Especially for my degenerative disc in my lower back. Like ALL patches of this nature I just wish they were extra sticky to stay on longer.

These are great and you can cut them to put them around the knee or other places! I have used these for years and they are great! No skin irritation and non greasy!
