1 week in - working well. Here's some setup details all in one spot!
This trainer works great. It immediately connected to the software (iPhone Xs) via bluetooth.Personally, I am enjoying the rides offered in the Tacx software and will probably pay for a subscription. Pretty rides all through Europe.I want to re-emphasize the setup of the trainer because even after reading lots of reviews, I still missed a few nuances. You will need a sprocket cassette - if you also ride on the road a lot, just buy another cassette that is identical to the one on your road bike. Pull the rear wheel off your road bike, look at the model number on the cassette lockring. Order that. Also - ***You need the spacers that go behind the cassette.** For a Shimano 10 speed cassette, there is a 1.85 mm and a 1 mm spacer - you need both of them. Trust me. If you don't get it right, the bike won't shift properly. You need a torque wrench and cassette removal tools. If that is somewhat confusing, it looks like local bike shops are becoming used to set these up for people. Take the bike and the trainer to your LBS and throw them some business. BTW - I got the spacers I needed locally for a few dollars. They are quite a bit more $ on Amazon. With a duplicate cassette installed, you can now decide at a moment's notice to take your bike outside - just pull it off the trainer, slap the back wheel on, and get your bad self on down the road. One note - to make the shifting work properly on both, I had to *slightly* adjust the rear derailleur so that it was inboard a slight amount. That's the adjustment nut on the end of the shift cable at the derailleur. Now it shifts correctly both on the trainer and road wheel.

Use it for Zwift
Been using this for Zwift and it’s been great. Syncs right away to my iPad and I start rollin. I use a canyon road bike with disc brakes and the Tac Flux 2 comes with space accommodation and tools for the thru axel and other adjustable pieces for other types of bikes as well. Obviously you still need a cassette and a cassette tool would be ideal but I used pliers and a flat head from a YouTube video and put it together that way. I did put it on a trainer mat so the noise isn’t anything crazy although I am in my garage and just listen to music or podcasts. Already put about 20 hours of use on it including sprints and getting out of the saddle and I expect it’ll last a long time.

A must have for serious inside riding.
I liked that it came quickly, easy set up. Works like I thought it would so far I have just over 200 miles so far. If your running Zwift with all of the Bluetooth going on don’t use headphones and play music at the same time you will run into interference issues.

Virtually no noise at any speed.
I initially had a Tacx Fortius unit that I rode for a couple of years but the noise level was intolerable. Most likely the bearings were shot. I researched a replacement for many years but was always distracted by the negative reports from riders that purchased the NEO.When the Tacx Flux S 2 was offered I decided to take the leap. The most important criteria for me was a quiet ride and the film feature that provides that virtual ride through the European country side of Tuscany or cities like Rome, Florence and Paris. Tacx offers decent customer service along with technical support.I would advise folks to get the proper cassette from a local bike shop and have them install it and get your bike tuned up at the same time.

Easy to set up but you will work hard when ridding with the apps
Very easy to set up. Connected to the Tacx app and Zwift with no problem. It is not light, it has no handle and the legs do not fold. If you have a dedicated spot this is for you. The legs do come off with just one bolt to remove.

Amazing investment
Letś start saying both the seller and the trainer deserve 5 stars. The seller provided a very quick assistance for some questions that I had before buying it. Delivery was very quick. The smart trainer is one of the best investments that I've done. I've been using it for one month and my and my family really love it.Installation: it is very easyNoise: There is no noise at all, it is very silent. The only thing that I hear is the bike chainPerformance: 100% accurate, I've worked on Zwift (most of the time) and Tacx. It emulates exactly what is expected.Connectivity: Very good. I've used Bluetooth and ANT+. Both work perfect. For so long I was looking for any device that helps to workout. I would say that this is the greatest solution that I could have found.I strongly recommend this smart trainer. If you are looking for working out either to keep your shape or to lose weight this is the most suitable solution.
