Kurakon commercial salt kelp 500g

At first I thought it was salty but after while I could taste more flavors. It is light and delicious. I put it in my rice and scrambled egg with sesame oil for breakfast. In rice balls, bibimbab, and anything else I can put in.

Such an awesome way to add salt and umami! Best snack ever: green cabbage, black sesame seeds, La-yu chili oil (applied very lightly, like 8 drops per serving), and this seaweed. Let it rest for at least 15m for flavors to mingle. Also great for simple salads (just add tomato, pepper, a few drops of chili oil, and no salt/dressing). MVP for veggie dishes.

It is almost as good as Fujikkoふじっ子. It is slightly saltier than Fujikko and Fujikko has slightly stronger Umami flavor. Great for onigiri, ochazuke, asazuke or takikomi Gohan.

I bought it for addition for my daily cooking. It has nice flavor to use as furikake or ingredients of Onigiri. It might be little salty for some people, try not use too much at once and adjust the amount for your recipe.

It' very good although it's a little pricy. Thank you very much. will buy again.
