This is a filler but it's more than that it can be used in tablet making with a couple other chemicles which aren't harmful at all in used in all tablets you use along with food products, cosmetics etc. This brand is very good and very pure. It works well you get a lot for a cheap price and you need to figure out equations which can be found on YouTube etc if you are making your own supplement tabs. This will keep the tabs from sticking to you tablet press but has a long list of uses pick up products you use or eat daily or vitamins etc and I'm sure you will see this in most sometimes as a filler sometimes as a binder sometimes other uses bit this product is great.
