Gia Russa Balsamic Glaze, 8.5-Ounce Glass Bottles (Pack of 3)

I placed an order for the Gia Russa Balsamic Glaze a few weeks back, I've had the "yellow label" glaze, loved it and was excited to see it on Amazon. When my 1st order arrived, it was not the same, different label, different ingredients. The seller indicated this was just a label change however that was not correct, the contents, nutritional value etc. was all different. This 1st seller could not accept the return (food item) and graciously refunded indicating they would followup with the supplier. I took a chance and ordered a 2nd time, different seller and the "wrong product" arrived again. I kept this order, did try it, did like it thus the 4 stars however Amazon and the sellers need to update the advertisement to reflect current, new product.

We tested no less than 12 balsamic glazes and this one floated to the top. It is quite thick and packed with the perfect blend of vinegar and not too sweet flavors. Great for Caprese salads or baked figs stuffed with blue cheese.

This was a reorder. I love this stuff and order three bottles ever so often. Thanks for the wonderful product. This is the most intensely flavored Balsamic Glaze I have found.

Try a drop of this with a starter of small pieces of pear wrapped in a small piece of Italian ham. Good for sauces and salad dressings. You will be amazed at the uses and the unusual but familiar taste. You can make balsamic glaze yourself, but not any better than this and a lot less work. I didn't realize it was a package of three. A great surprise when I opened the box. I'm going to keep two and give one as a gift...then quickly buy more!

I like everything about it!

Cost more than I used to be able to get it from the store. However, the stores nearby no longer carry it so I must purchase it online. This is the only "salad dressing" my wife uses. I like it for my bruchetta. The best Balsamic Glaze available in a bottle, in our opinion.

Caprese Salad is wonderful with this Balsamic glaze.

I rate the Gia Russa *****. It is great as a marinate, I drizzled it over tomatoes and monzarella cheese, also, bake aspagarus rolled in fillo and baked with the glaze drizzled over, was delicious.
