Update: I submitted a claim to the Seller and received a no-hassle refund within 24h. Good recovery from a less-than-ideal situation.The pulley's bearings catastrophically failed after 11k miles, causing the belt to fail, terrible grinding sound, and the AC fuse to blow. I was 400m from home and unable to drive the vehicle, requiring immediate replacement of the $80 belt/pulley assembly. The compressor still functions, but I expect better since the OEM lasted 110k miles. I will be pursuing a warranty claim.DO NOT RECOMMEND.Previous:Fits a 2008 Mazda 3, 2.0L | Works like OEM.I ordered this part after the compressor to my 2008 Mazda 3i Touring Edition, 2.0L experienced an air conditioning failure that wasn't remedied by a freon recharge (DIY, which was super easy) and a change of relays and fuses at about 110,000 miles. I was away from home, so I had it professionally installed (~$280), and it works just as good at OEM. No changes noticed. I opted to not have the pressure discharge connected (which the installer advised would maintain warranty and require massive, invasive dashboard-invasive installation but not change functionality) and it has continued to function well for the subsequent 10k miles.

My ac is working great. I swapped my compressor 4 months ago and it's still going strong. You always take a risk when buying remanufactured products. Replace the condenser and clean the evap and hope for the best. You might end up saving a couple hundred dollars

The ac compressor it is missing cables and the ones that are missing are broken
