Arrived quickly. The box had obviously been opened before and was pretty beat up but the machine was pristine. Obviously never used. It still had the sticky blue plastic on the outside of the machine. And included the sample box of pods. I’ve been using it for a month with zero issues.

Makes good coffee but it broke in the first week of purchase. It didn’t open the lid to put coffee in or close to make coffee. I highly recommend NOT purchasing from AmericanBargain. They suck at customer service and won’t refund your full money back.

Mi producto llego en malas condiciones con un rayón en la cara lateral se ha tratado de hablar con el vendedor y nadie responde , la máquina es buena y nos gusta ,pero nos gustaría que alguien nos responda por qué se supone que si compramos algo nuevo debe llegar bien o si llega mal alguien responder

I received my VertuoPlus in late April. By mid-August, it already was leaking coffee out of the empty capsule chute. Although the coffee was excellent, a failure within a few months is unacceptable. Also, Nespresso does not replace the machine. You must mail it in for repair. That means you are without coffee for a month. I may end up getting a Kuerig during the interim, since Nespresso has suspended the loaner program (due to Covid). I understand this, but they should just send out new units during this period, rather than forcing customers to find an alternative coffee maker. I should note that I tried cleaning and de-scaling the unit, but nothing improved the leak. I also wasted about 5 capsules trying and testing. I expected better customer service, considering the high price we pay for a single source of capsules.

I have used NESPRESSO VERTUOPLUS before I purchased this one and I loved it. Having been waiting for a sale until I see this deal. When I make coffee, the whole kitchen is filled with the aroma. No need to measure , it's always the perfect cup of coffee.
