Wow! I have tried other oil based eye drops and they do not compare to these! It’s a little blurry at first, but it makes sense, since it has oil. I can successfully open and close my severely dry eyes without any resistance or gritty feeling. My tears produce little of their own oil, so these are an incredible help.

These are the best eye drops if you have very dry eyes. Make sure to shake them before use. They make your vision cloudy for a few minutes but they are moisturizing and work well!

I have dry eyes and by far these are my favorite eye drops.

An eye drop that actually works! I have dry eyes that kept getting red. I thought it was an infection, but antibiotic rinses did not keep it from happening. I've tried other eye drops, but I must be allergic to the chemical lubricants because my eyes would get red after using them and they didn't moisturize for very long. I tried the Soothe nighttime and it worked somewhat but I would feel some irritation and a grittiness and of course you can't reapply during the day because it's too thick. I also wondered if I was allergic to the petroleum in that drop. So as a last resort I tried these. Just mineral oil. I'm so glad I did because they do the trick and I can reapply anytime which isn't often. These drops last in my eyes.

These were the only dry eye drops to ever actually make my eyes burn and feel MORE dry than before. They also make vision foggy for a few minutes afterwards, so not really safe to use while driving.
