An Excellent Value that actually works!!
I bought these because I had seen them recommended online by a few healthcare/doctor types. Honestly, I selected these over the other recommended options because they are the least expensive. It is a pleasant surprise that they exceed my expectations. COMFORT - I followed the recommendation to wear them 30 mins the first day and add 30 mins each day. After I got used to the feel of the pads between my toes I wore them while walking around the house. I quickly became comfortable with the sensation and wear them for several hours everyday. PAIN RELIEF - This is sort of subjective since they are going to stretch your foot, which is likely already in some pain and is the reason you purchased these things. The first few days you feel them spreading your toes and that is a little uncomfortable, but not painful. As time went by the stretch sensation was less acute and I could practice spreading my toes with foot muscles. When I removed the spacers my feet had more range of motion in the toes and that lasted longer each day that I used them. SOFTNESS - they are super soft. I told my wife they feel like Turkish Delights and the connecting straps between the pads are very stretchy and seem tough, although I recommend being careful how far you stretch them. CONCLUSION - My feet need help and I have relatively minor chronic problems gentle stretching can address. After a few days I can already see an improvement. I recommend the first day or two that you put them on and read a book or something for 30 minutes until you are accustomed to the sensation. After that I recommend increasing the time you wear them in 30 minute increments. It isn't practical to rest for hours with your feet up, so I wear them walking around the house in boxy shoes. As I get more confident I will wear them out on errands and work. These are a very good value, too, very inexpensive compared to other recommended brands. So if you are thinking of trying out toe spacers I highly recommend starting with these.

Not Too Big and Not Too Small. They are JUST RIGHT!
Last year I suffered a spinal cord injury and have had to learn to walk again. My left leg still has some significant numbness and partial paralysis, causing my foot to cringe into itself. I needed something to separate my toes and hold them straight to prevent a permanent deformity in my foot. I tried Yoga Toes, but they are so big that I cannot walk in them, nor can I wear shoes with them. Plus, the Yoga Toes are open on the sides, causing a fall risk when the material folds under and trips me. I tried other smaller brands of toe separators, but they were so small, soft and squishy that they were ineffective at keeping my toes separated. Then I found this Mind Bodhi product and they are JUST RIGHT! They are small and flexible so that I can wear them comfortably and walk safely - either barefoot, or with shoes. BUT they are strong enough so that my toes don't overpower them, and they stay straight and separated. They are washable and stay clean. If I wear them with shoes, I have to use shoes with a wide toe box so there is enough room, but these work well Inside a wide shoe, and my feet stay warm and clean. They are made of a soft and flexible rubber-y material - similar to a rubber band. The rubber band substance thickens significantly between the toes to provide firm separation while still being thin enough to fit snugly inside shoes. The rubber band material is not exactly "fragile", but it is thin enough that I know I'll need to replace them on a regular basis. It fits well and is fully enclosed on the big toe and the pinky toe, so that you can walk safely with no worries that your toes will flop out and trip you. All 5 toes are securely inside the Mind Bodhi with no openings. There is nothing about Mind Bodhi that interferes with normal walking. I have noticed that when I wear them on a regular basis, the feeling in my foot improves more than if I wasn't using anything. I highly recommend them.

I bought these AND Yoga Toes 👍 as both have their place, looking to avoid surgery!
I got these AND Yoga Toes, (these first), as of course, who wouldn’t want to save money, as I was going to just get these for myself, that’s that, but honestly, both have their place. I ended up buying the other and keeping both, and I use them in combination with one another. Let me explain. Yoga toes is a more serious stretch, it’s hardcore.. you will feel it, you will get results. they are easy to put on, and you’ll feel it rather quickly, and they do take getting used to, and you only wear them a short time each day, but then you will also reap the rewards from the bigger stretch that you can honestly, totally feel doing its job. Over time, you WILL see the results. (I have bad bunions on both feet. My big toes were going in.) This item here is great for stretch maintenance inbetween using Yoga toes, they are pliable and soft. Take care when putting them on, as they seem like they COULD snap with rougher care, but I’ve had no problem, just being careful, Is all. They are very stretchy, yet thinner material than the Yoga Toes are. (See my photos.) I love the feel though. I can walk with ease! They are more comfortable, because they give less of a stretch, so you can walk around, which is convenient, but I don’t think on their own they will yield any permanent results. Any results would take much longer to see IF they did. I think working in conjunction WITH Yoga toes (which I def. wanted the cheaper way out too, and thought I’d be returning the others), with these.. it’s not just for the name. You do get what you pay for with the Yoga Toes, and these too. I’ve kept both because I use the yoga toes every day for that hardcore stretch, and I’ve seen proof positive, and now I use these in between, and so I really swear by that combination as being an alternative to surgery, I truly do believe I won’t need it, thanks to these and those. I can wear these longer, so it’s good to have some stretch in between the ‘big guys’. You can’t wear yoga toes all day, and you should not do so. I recommend only wearing them resting on a couch, watching TV or something. Start slowly, but I never wear them for more than an hour or two per day.. but you work up to it. They DO work! These are more comfortable, but those are most effective, and together they get 10 stars, as surgery is not anything I want, nor does anybody. I have hammer toes too, and I’ve felt sooo much less foot pain after activity with my kids or just even too much walking, in my feet AND in my back.. it’s crazy! I also have a third Amazon bought brand, they come with one to easily use in your shoes. The name is Eosxrp bunion correctors. I got them on vine, so those were essentially free (just tax), but they are good at protecting your bunions on the sides during footwear use. Thin and wearable in most any shoes if these prove too large for that for you. These are well made, priced right, definitely will help, but get both these and the yoga toes if you have serious pain and/or other feet issues like myself. The combo seems to be the cure.. so far, so great here, and I’ll keep it going! 4 stars for these on their own. It’s a good brand, and if you can only buy one, inexpensive brand.. go with these. If you can afford the other or best yet both? Go for that! That is my highest recommendation if your feet started out bad like mine. (Bunions, hammer toes, pain in feet and back. It’s made a difference on ALL of them! ) I do recommend this product! For the price it is worth it! 4 stars ⭐️ *hope my review has been helpful :). The second photo shows you the stretch from the other. The pink Bodhi feet are shown on the left. They are highly comfortable for long term wear.*

Not the best choice
These are comfortable but the cheap rubber broke after a couple of weeks. There are better ones out there. Very disappointed.

Helpful Item for Squished Toes
I have seen toe separators advertised randomly throughout the internet. Finally, after a Yoga instructor I follow recommended some, I started taking the idea of these more seriously. I have slight bunions, but my bigger issue is the squished toes, where my little toes look like they're trying to hide behind the rest. Too skinny shoes for too long I guess. This has been bothering me more and more because I took up running in the last year and a half and it's getting more uncomfortable all the time. So I figured I'd try these and see how I feel. I've only had them about a week, so my review is really preliminary. However, in just that short time, I have noticed a huge difference in the flexibility and appearance of my feet. My approach is to basically wear them throughout the day as long as I can, when shoes are not required. As of right now, I can't yet wear them with shoes, too uncomfortable. But I did try a pair of shoes again this morning and it was much more tolerable than usual, so the difference is starting to show there too. I'm hoping to get to the point where I can keep them on when I go for a run, but baby steps and all that. I'm just happy I'm already seeing a difference. When it comes to discomfort, one thing I learned is that you don't have to jam them way down into the bottom of your toe-space area. That actually makes them painful. I make sure the gel pads are in the center of the space between my toes (toes are still spaced...spaced is spaced), like sort of at the middle knuckle area to try to describe it. Much more comfortable that way and still effective. Not that that is "wrong" placement...there's no guidance as to how far they should go. So if you try them and you experience pain, maybe check to see if you wedged the gel pad all way down and raise it up just a little bit. Not so it's sticking out above your toes, but just so it's not jammed into the bottom of the toe well. They clean easy and dry fast. And if you find them too sticky after cleaning, just use a little talcum powder and you're good. Oh, also, when choosing what "brand" you want, just keep this in mind...a gel pad is a gel pad is a gel pad.... It doesn't have to be expensive, it just has to work. (The yoga instructor I follow has a brand of these, but you get a 2 pack for twice the price of these...but that 2 pack consists of two different sizes and you only need one, unless your feet change sizes frequently which they don't. So don't get sucked into the price-saving idea of 2 pack unless you can find one that is 2 of the size you actually need.) So all in all, highly recommend. And just be patient with it. I started off at like 45 minutes of tolerance. And now I can walk around for hours. In just a week. Pros --helpful for foot appearance/helps to correct shape deformities --makes toes stronger and more flexible --inexpensive (but FSA/HSA eligible) --can relieve pain and pressure from things like bunions and morton's neuroma Cons (but not really) --can be difficult to wear in shoes (might always be uncomfortable in some shoes depending on the shoe...like you aren't jamming your foot into a pointy high-heel in these. Need a wide toe box) --can be slightly difficult to put on, especially if you have a hard time bending to reach your foot --gel can be somewhat sticky (which you don't feel, not bothersome on the feet) which causes stuff to stick to the gel...fuzz from socks if you're in socks, but if you're not in socks? Be aware of what's on your floor when walking in these barefoot

I can run in the woods again!
I’ve been a runner on and off, my entire life. But recently, I have sprained my right ankle about once every six months. Every time it took two weeks to heal. After hopping down the Google rabbit hole a few times researching and then taking what I’ve learned and applying it to my walking gate, etc.—- I realized that for whatever reason, I tense my toes on my right side and they sort of bend inward. I couldn’t stop doing it when I was running. So I ordered these and tried them. At first, it was incredibly painful. A few hours at a time was all I could handle. But running with him has made all the difference. I’m on my third pair and have been using them over three years and I haven’t sprained my ankle since I began using these. Yay! I can run in the woods again safely!

Great company and product holds up and works well, if use responsibly
Sometimes we want a fast fix and slow and easy but consistent is what works and more permanently so as a dancer i recommend using discretion with how you use these and how your body responds. These are comfortable and fit better than other kinds of the same thing but my own skin does react to the material. So i was thinking i can't use these after I got callous on one toe. But the other foot and toes were okay and both were being helped . So I am going to try again after this heals seeing all the other good results and even some of my practitioners in massage therapies recommend these. What matters a lot of me is the company has integrity and when saw my review reached out to help and not to change my review but out of sincere concern and it made me realize the worth of that to me and that is a reflection on the quality of their mind in their product and service to others in their business. So this is a better assessment of all that . For me and some others...might be a minority of us....it would help to use other approaches to compliment that this does use this less but still use it , if some irritation to the skin does occur. The other method is NOT another kind of toe separator , but putting in time to work with exercises including using you hands and fingers to move and stretch the toe , but gently and carefully and slowly to where you want it to be (in the correct position) and then use these as an added way to reinforce that . As a former dancer that's my suggestions. But also for some this will work well and not require other complimentary approaches. and then go with that. But this company showed me what is often missing in support of its customers beyond expectations and i am more than pleased to see that these days where it can be an uncommon thing. That's who i prefer to do business with and give my money too even if it's to try something that may not meet my expectations fully but is worth the investment and is not a fault of any defect in the product itself if there is something in our own body that has its own issues and reactions to things. The product is well made and durable and can be used to do what it does. In my case i need other supplementary methods is all...and other materials possibly near my skin where it touches the toes so i will be seeing how to do that now.

Worth the try
I actually love these, I wanted to try them out because I naturally have wider feet but I broke my pinky toe which has given me big toe pain since and is now turned inward. I can only wear them for an hour at a time without pain but my toe where the pain is always pops when I take it off and it relieves the pain so I’ll keep wearing them. They feel great, very jello like. Even can paint your toes lol. They have that feeling like they’d pick up debris easily tho so I put them up after each use however I feel they’d be easy to clean. After I take them off my toes stay spaced before easing back to normal so I feel like it’s working.
