OK for Bath drain - but NOT for Kitchen sink
I have a standard Armitage Shanks bath and stainless steel kitchen sink. The strainer/filter fits in the bath as it should and is definitely 'fit for purpose' in role. However, the perforated bowl on this model protrudes 'too far south' for the kitchen sink. By this, I mean that the 'perforated bowl' of the gadget comes into contact with the existing (large particle) drain strainer and is lifted so high, when installed, that food particles and debris can 'escape' underneath the strainer and straight into the drain, so, NOT fit for purpose in that role

Perfect for the job
Finally not worried about catching every hair whilst shower, it does the job. I use a tissue to clean it out. Peace of mind. Not worried about having a blockage because of hair anymore. No more puddle of water whilst showering. Thank you

Well made item, but sadly they are a bit too deep.
They feel and look like a good item. Looks good in the drain, but sadly the strainer part is just too big.In terms of the depth / drop of the strainer section. If it was a cm shorter it would sit flush.

Keeps hair from clogging up drain
No matter how careful you are, if you have hair, it gets everywhere. And then when the drain gets clogged up and you have to grab a disgusting clump of hair...Yuck. This keeps drains clear

This is by far the best handheld retro i have ever owned. More user friendly and responsive compared to the GPD XD+

Very happy with these
Very happy with these sink strainers, they fit my bathroom sink well, look good and don't become dislodged by the water as some flatter ones do.

Quality is good
Great ,just what I was looking for,it covers over the bit underneath which was unsightly,couldn’t get it of unless I broke handbasin ,so it covers up when sink not in use ,looks a lot better
