I just loved the product, it's a multipurpose steamer, we can use it for facial steaming, minimizes the effect of cold and cough and also works good in removing wrinkles from the clothes.One can also use this product for face spa at home. It's very easy to use.The product is same a it is shown. And the quality is also very good.

This steamer doesn't give you instant steam, as some other steamer (specially for medical use) do.It takes some time to boil the water and then steam starts coming, so there is no any science once the steam comes.very low water capacity for such a big size.fit and finish is good, but feels like one drop and its all done (x).

Aweful!. Product did not fulfill my requirements at all. Doesn't work properly. Spits water half the time. Wets the floor while trying iron. There are expensive yet better product available.
