I have been taking this for a week. I have had potassium problems and b-vitamin deficiencies as well, so I thought that this would be a good multivitamin. I also like the grapefruit seed extract as I was thinking of taking it for my sinuses. It is not very expensive and I like that it's in gelatin capsules, not a rock hard chalky brick like some other types. It does have that smell, but I seem to handle it fine. It seems okay for my stomach, even with the iron.
