How are they for giving sick high fives? I mean, I really NEED to feel it.

Gloves are great! Wear them to all winter NE Patriots home games! The high fives are both sick and plentiful!

size, my hand is 4.5" from thumb knuckle across my palm and 7.5"from tip of middle finger to just below my wrist, what size would be a better fit?

My measure on middlefinger is same as yoursI have a large hand also I ordered xl and is great you need room to move your finger or they will get cold

Which level of warmth are these gloves? Are they warm (32-50 degrees), warmer (20-32 degrees), or warmest (10-32 degrees)?

They keep my hands warm down to around zero if I'm active. My son got me a pair as a gift a couple of years ago, and I'm just now ordering another pair, since I wore them out. I use them shoveling snow, breaking ice from animal water buckets, clearing snow above my head on solar panels, and other manual labor around here.
