Cookie and Cream - Nintendo DS

I got this game to play with my 6 year old child. The gameplay has some great ideas, but they really are poorly executed. There is a mix of platforming that switches to short puzzle mini games in order to unlock the next area or flip a switch or what have you. During the puzzles, it can be a little unclear as to what you are supposed to actually do. And the control for he action parts is not smooth, so you will die often trying to jump across gaps from narrow platform to narrow platform because the character physics just don't feel right. It's hard to gauge where you are actually going to land. To make matters worse, there is a time limit on these parts, so it quickly becomes very frustrating. Couple all of these issues with weakly implemented story and character development, and you've got yourself a game that's just not fun and not worth the price. If you want this type of game done right, go with Lego Star Wars: The Complete Trilogy. That is what a fun co-op experience is all about.

My son has enjoyed this game even though usually he's only interested in big name character games. It has held his attention though some parts of it he has said were difficult as it doesn't always explain well what is expected to get through certain areas of the game.

This game is pretty fun. Lots of inventive use of the touch screen. Nothing amazing but a cool little game if you can get for $15 or under.Good to see From Software can do stuff outside Armored Core and Dark Souls!

Havent played this game in sooooo long it reminds me of my childhood XD

My daughter fully enjoys the game
