I already owned three of the patterns featured in this book, but considering there are still 21 other designs I didn't already have, this book is an EXCELLENT DEAL! I had paid $14 (bought 2, got 1 free = total $14) for 3 patterns previously (which is still a good deal considering the quality of the designs!), but purchasing the book saves basically over 75% off purchasing the patterns separately! THAT IS AN AMAZING DEAL!!! In addition, ALL the designs in this book are top-notch, BEAUTIFUL designs! This is not like other books you buy because it has a few really nice designs you want, but then the rest are simple or ugly things you'd never knit (let's face it, if you are a knitter who has ever bought a knitting book before, you KNOW this happens too many times!). Not with this book though! EVERYTHING IS GORGEOUS!!! I showed the book to my (non-knitter) mother-in-law today because I had made her a Ruffled & Ruched scarf for Christmas, and she was so highly impressed with all the beautiful designs, that she immediately started putting in requests for more things I could make her! Thanks to all the patterns in this book, I KNOW my knitted gifts will definitely be well-received!

I only want to do 21 of the 24 patterns, so it isn't perfect. Mind you I want (and likely will do) 21 out of 24 patterns. I have bought books for two or three patterns, so this is monumental. Can't wait to get started. plus there is just enough trickier stuff to keep things interesting, and I don't mean difficult. Just a bit of, 'huh" instead of getting stuck in a trance of knits and purls.

Very elegant scarves! I am half way done with one of them now and looking forward to the winter to wear it. I substituted another type of yarn than required in the project (used the same colors), but it does not change the whole thing a bit. I am planning to begin another project when the first one is done.

One of my all-time favorite books on knitting. The cowls and scarves are stunningly gorgeous. Each one is a fashion statement piece. I love how the author-creator has used two different yarns on many of the projects. It has opened my eyes to new realms of possibility in knitting. If you love hand knit scarves, this book is a must-have for your collection.

I love Pam's patterns and even though I already have a couple of the patterns in this book I loved the idea of having them all together in one place. The photography in this book is brilliant, the instructions are clear and concise, and unlike most of my knitting books, there are more than one or two patterns that I like - I want to make them ALL !!!

I initially got this book at the library and just fell in love with all the patterns. There are so many delicate, feminine patterns in here that I have no idea where I'm going to start. I'm not even a girly-girl but these patterns make me want to be!

SUPER CUTE SCARF, but I blew it! I thought I was purchasing a scarf and was disappointed when I received a magazine. Will be returning.

I haven't actually tried to knit anything from this book yet, but the designs are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. This girl has talent, let me tell you! I already went to the crafty site on ravelry, where they have a wish list for future classes, and my wish was to have pam teach some of her designs on craftsy.

This is an American book, therefore with American terminology, that said, it has some lovely designs. I am an older experienced knitter and find I have to concentrate more on the instructions for the American stitches. I can't wait to knit them all.

Brilliant pattern book. To be honest I havent had time to make anything out of it yet but with Christmas coming I will have to make time to get some knitted as stocking fillers. I know I would be highly delighted to receive any one of these scarves as a gift.
