First off, it's not cheap so I don't buy it as often as I would like to. That said, the cheese is AMAZING. I bought some for my brother for Christmas and his comment was "it's everything you said it would be and more"I tend to eat it in tiny bites over time to make it last or on a bland cracker but recently, I learned to make Sourdough crepes and used it for filling along with a spinach/onion/garlic/shitake mushroom mixture I fried in the leftover oil from the cheese.Don't discard the oil once the cheese is gone, use it in cooking!Seriously, this is the best cheese I've ever tasted and the only thing keeping me from having it around regularly is that my wife eats it faster than I do.

Small shipping issue graciously solved by shipper very quickly. I bought jars as Christmas gifts (and myself). Unusual product-did not disappoint. A little pricey, but nice for a splurge.

Delicately flavored and delightful on a simple baked cracker, this cheese is a constant hit with guests. After every visit, I’ve been asked to tell guests where to buy it. I always sprinkle a little cayenne and red salt to add a balancing sharper flavor and some color. Excellent!

I'll be truthful and admit I heard about this cheese from a Youtuber that was taste testing a plethora of different cheeses and said this was the best out of all he tried.I decided that if it was the best I should give it a try and give it out to my extended family to try as well.Everyone loved it. Stores very well, eat it throughout the year.
