I purchased this product a few months ago. When I went to re-purchase, I realized that, even though it’s being listed as the same product, the dosage has been reduced from 30 mg to 20 mg.

This product was recommended by my naturopath and I do think it's helping to strengthen my immunity. From what she said, many people are low in zinc. Because of this product, I looked into other Albion minerals and am now taking calcium and magnesium made by Albion. Albion supplies mineral ingredients to several supplement companies who use them in their formulas. I don't know a lot about this but it sounds like these minerals are more absorbable.
