Q: Are these shoes foldable?

Yes - but I think it would probably damaged them if they were left folded too long. What I will say is that they are exceedingly comfortable - much better than I expected for the price!

Q: What is the width of the 4.5 wide and 4.5 regular?

I bought size 5 regular, and I would class them as a narrow shoe. They are 5cm across the middle of the heel - and 8cm across the widest part of the shoe. Hope that helps a bit. They are certainly narrow as opposed to a wide fitting, but they are exceedingly comfortable.

Yes, I have both regular and wide fit in these shoes, and the wide are much more comfortable - I do have flat feet though!

I'm a size 5 and I ordered 5.5 because I have wide feet and they fit perfectly.
