They recommend you test it in the dink underwater for an hour. I did this and ended up with water inside the case, it didn't fill up with water but had about a Tspoon inside the case. It took a long time to get here and they offered a $3 refund if I sent it back, decided to just keep it because I am bad at returning things. I am not using it because I wanted it for river trips and for the Ocean Beach, both places it could possibly be submerged under and don't want to risk ruining my phone. I bet it would work well for splashes or rain but is not waterproof when it is completely submerged underwater.

I don't like how you can't see the LED lights when you receive a message. I also don't like how when I get a phone call or I call someone else they can't hear me and it echos for them. Also, when I received mine it seemed to be missing a piece of the case causing it to not be waterproof which defeats the purpose of having a lifeproof case. Other than those things, I really life the case.

With my first case the button on the side fell off within a few hours, making it not waterproof. I contacted company and they sent me a replacement in a reasonable time frame, it was just not the color I wanted. But this case is holding up well so far.

good case, however, there is a film over the camera lense that cannot be cleaned and makes the pictures blurry. We are awaiting return instructions. Do not want to remove case every time I want to take a picture!

Charging plug is held on by barelly anything pulled my charger out and it came with it, otherwise its a good case i had it under water for 3 hours and there was only small drips of water

case is definitely durable but the call quality is total crap. I can't hear anything someone talking to me is saying and they hear themselves echoing back, along with barely being able to make out what I'm saying.

It was a great case besides the fact no one could hear me or it sounded like I was in a tunnel when I would be on the phone and it was hard to touch my screen.

Great water-proof, dust-proof, shock-proof Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini Case. My 2 y.o granddaughter loves to have my phone when I babysit, and I love to have this case fully covering it, just in case (no pun intended). Great for texting with the case on, but a phone call is muffled, Can't have everything, where would you put it all? Great product and colors, and quick shipping. Thank you!
