Easy to use, no faff
I used 'dinner plate' hand pads before getting these. Still getting used to them but they're not too hard to use, and feel a lot more natural in use.My fingers are very slightly too long for the pad but it's definitely the correct size and feels good when using. It's palm size rather than finger length (follow the sizing guide you'll be fine). There's also no time spent taking them on/off either as no elastic etc. I'm already a length ahead of the other swimmers in my lane who have to faff around with theirs.

Really nice paddles
Got these to work on a few specific parts of my stroke. They do a good job at what they say they do.I’m a fairly big guy and Medium fits me pretty well, if anything I’d go for a small over a large. They help to get your stroke right because they do fall off if you do it wrong - the marketing is correct.I find them pretty good for all 4 strokes. Of course free and back are quite easy in comparison to fly(as with all paddles). Breast is more or less ok, I feel it’s the easiest to naturally get your hands right in the first place personally.I do have to grip them fairly tight with my thumb when out of the water for the recorder part of the stroke otherwise they’ll fall off(not when they’re supposed to).

Excellent paddles
Recommended to me by my swimming teacher. Very comfortable and easy to use. Really helped with my swimming. This version floats whereas apparently the original ones didn't.

Quick and Convenient Paddles with a Slight Comfort Tradeoff
I've tried various swimming paddles, but the Finis paddles stand out for their user-friendly design. The quick and effortless application, where your thumb simply slides in, sets them apart from other styles. This feature is a game-changer, making them incredibly convenient for a speedy transition in training. However, I did experience some discomfort after extended use, especially beyond the 15-minute mark. Upon reflection, it might be due to gripping them too tightly, so a more relaxed hold may alleviate this issue.Sizing was a bit tricky for me. Despite having small glove size hands, I found the small paddles too short, with my fingers extending beyond the ends. Opting for the medium size proved to be the right choice, providing a much better fit. While the convenience and design are impressive, the price point does seem a bit steep for what they are. Nevertheless, if you're willing to invest in the innovative design, the Finis swimming paddles deliver on usability and performance.

Good training aid.
Really good paddles for strengthening arms. A number of people at the pool have asked to try them and are buying them. They are lightweight & easy to carry. They are of high quality tough endurable plastic and are excellent training aids.

Excellent paddles
I had been using a cheaper alternative for a little while. The paddles I had were the kind with rubber straps that took a while to get onto your hands. After starting swimming lessons with a local swim group, it became apparent that my paddles would not do as it was taking too long to get them on and thereby holding up the group. These paddles came recommended. I was a little concerned that they would come of my hands too easy but I needn’t have worried. The sizing guide is spot on and the water pressure keeps the paddles in place. It also ensures that you are using your stroke correctly.A great product. They may seem pricey for what they are but they are a quality item. Get it right the 1st time and make these the 1st pair you buy..
