Kassel Cuckoo Clock

This clock is a cheap piece of crap!!! There was a chip knocked of one of the leaves. The door didn't open & the bird sounded like he was in great pain. The product came on time & I had no trouble with the seller. Return was easy.

The shipment was great. However, the clock has cuckood one time, as well as the door opening once & cuckoo bird coming out once. The clock is beautiful but the doors & bird are plastic.

This clock arrived earlier than expected. That made me happy. It is also very pretty. There were hardly any instructions with the clock. I had to jiggle the button to turn the cuckoo on to get it to make sound. It does cuckoo now, however it cuckoos twice the hour that it is set for. So at 3 oclock it cuckoos 6 times. It does this every hour. I think the second cuckoo is supposed to be an echo because the he flaps his wings on the first cuckoo and and his wing flaps coincide with the hour (once you finally get it set). The clock was made in China, for some reason I thought it was made in Germany, so I was disappointed, but I went back and read the description and it does not list where made. I expected a little more for $80 but aw well, it keeps great time and looks pretty.

Cuckoo stopped sounding for the last one month

The watch is very beautiful, arrived in excellent condition and has a beautiful carving. The bird goes punctual. very nice
