I have been diagnosed with osteoperosis of the spine and wanted to be able to take something more natural than the drugs that doctors want you to take. I thought this would be perfect because of the combination of so many vitamins for bone health. I took them for about a week and notice that my blood sugar was really high ( I am pre-diabetic). I stopped taking them and went back to my regular calcium and blood glucose went back to normal. I don't know if that is a reaction that some have but too risky for me.

I have always used the 1000mg product. This seems to be working but not sure how well at this point. I'm till using first bottle so I will make a decision after completion. At this point, not sure which I will order in the future.
