Does it work with the tattu lipo battery pack 1300mah 45c 3s 11.1v with xt60 plug for rc car boat truck heli airplane

I have same 1 i had to replace the ends to xt60 and if the esc is same amp of lipo it will be fine long as amps are not 45amp esc and 60c lipo the amps have to match and just remember what ever your lipo is 50c or what ever the 50c doubles for 15 esc so it will be 100c for 15 sec on start

Does this esc have forward/reverse?

yes it dose. I bought 4 of them.

What is the low voltage cutoff to protect lipo battery?

I've used this down to 5 volts before it cut off.

Is this esc programmable? If so which program card should I use?

Non-programmable. Adjustments to operation easily made on your computer based radio.A good inexpensive esc. Excellent low rpm performance. Have switched to these instead of much more expensive Mtronik esc’s.
