From the first night, I noticed how comfortable and unobtrusive it feels compared to traditional nasal or full‑face masks.The standout feature for me is the top‑of‑the‑head tube connection. Unlike masks where the hose pulls forward on your face, this design routes the hose upward and over your head. It gives you much greater freedom to move during sleep, whether you roll onto your side, stomach, or shift around — the mask stays in place without tugging. This has made a big difference, especially for someone like me who moves a lot at night.The nasal cradle cushion itself is soft and lightweight. It seals well around my nose without feeling bulky or irritating, and it doesn’t touch much of my face, which really reduces pressure points and skin marks by morning. I haven’t noticed any significant leaks, even when changing positions, which makes for undisturbed sleep and better overall comfort.Another plus is how easy the mask is to assemble, clean, and maintain. NO.AIR.HISSING.I bought this as a replacement for the original frame, and it took me a few nights to get the fit just right. But once I did, I found it a lot more comfortable than the other one. It's so quiet my wife says she doesn't even know when it's running.

I feel this mask and frame are a going to be a GAME CHANGER! IT DOES COME WITH "HEADGEAR"( even tho it says it doesn't) , and 3 different replacement nose pieces ( s,m ,sw) . I have only tried it on so far but already feels more comfy than the nose pillows or the one that completely covers your nose . I'm excited to sleep tonight! Would give 5 stars but again haven't slept with it ! For the price it's excellent, comfortable and seems like good quality. Let my review assure you this is a good choice

I have tried full masks, over the nose, in the nostrils... But this is the best ever. So easy to put on and sleep.

really helpfull to have this backup when my stuff gets dirty.

Since getting my cpap machine I've tried so many masks I can't even count... I am a side sleeper so the masks with the hose on your face are not great for me. This has the top hose which never gets on my way and the pillow fits just under my nose and is extremely comfortable... I do cut the center piece out between the nostril openings to create a single opening but it works great and is so comfortable you can actually forget your wearing it. It's also easy to clean.
