How do you connect the controller to the dongle for wireless play ?

The dongle plugs into the usb on the PS4 or pc. Then there is a switch on the back of the controller that has the symbol that looks like the Wi-fi symbol. Switch it to that and you should be good to go.

How do you adjust the trigger sensitivity? I can’t download any of the software on my Mac

Software for mac is available on Nacon website, on the controller page, I’ve noticed some terms are in French, not sure what version of OS is supported, I’m on High Sierra

no rumble in the triggers, but the pad itself does rumble. I hope this helps

Do kontrol freaks fit on this? the thumbsticks look smaller than on a dual shock 4. maybe xbox kontrol freaks fit better?
