Better than renting
Great product! I just needed a jackhammer for a one day job, and this was cheaper than renting! The case sucks, it comes with a bunch of cheap accessories like gloves and glasses. It has good weight, and good quality to the actual jackhammer.I filled it with 10-40w oil, the instructions are poorly translated and kinda confusing. It comes with two bits, the flat head and cone bit. The cone bit worked great, the flat was a bit disappointing. But it is definitely worth the purchase.

work great on horizontal surface, not very good on vertical surfaces.
worked great for breaking concrete in the floor on a horizontal. When we tried to use it to brake a poured concrete column in a vertical position, the bit seemed to get hung up internally. Ended up renting a bigger more expensive model to remove the column.Worked good for the flat work removal and there was no issue with overheating or oil not getting to the bit.

Great buy
used it to removed tile from my kitchen floor. it was really heavy but it did work. I wish i could have found a price this good on the caddy i rented to place this baby in to scrape the tile up. I actually bought this for the same price i could have rented it for. only i get to keep it. case is sturdy, and has wheels to help transport. comes with gloves, goggles and a few other accessories. Make sure you order some oil to put in it.

Quit pounding after only an hr of work.
Arrived fine, but quit working after only an hr of operation. Motor runs, but it does not hammer. I am trouble shooting it, but can not figure it out yet. May be that the bit is already worn down/mushrooming inside the tool after a short amount of work. If I can not make it work I will be very upset about only getting an hr out of the tool before it quit.Ron

Works as good as a brand name tool... Don't believe me, check my photo - Area was done in under 20 minutes.
While there are many versions of this exact tool on amazon, Just color changes and price from what I can tell, this tool fromARKSEN for $99.00 including shipping, It feels and functions much the same as a higher end brand name tool for a fraction the cost.. in fact I'd like to know how its even possible to sell this jack hammer for what I paid.I just needed a cheap jack hammer to break up an area of pool decking, I hate renting and only have a couple small areas that I need to remove so I bought this without much expectation... Boy was I surprised when It broke up an area of slab that you can see in the photo in under 20 minutes.. First thing that came to mind was that it had to be a poorly set slab, so I tested the hammer in another area, a solid concrete step which it chewed right through as well.Only 2 possibilities can explain this, either I have a crappy 4 inch thick pool deck or a tool that lives up to its use as advertised.Word of Warning this tool came with out a setup guide, Mine shipped without OIL in it... I put 10-40 motor oil in mine after hunting down a setup video of a similar unit I found on youtube. As for the longevity of this tool - I cant make a clear judgment call on that, Except for the lower swivel handle which looks kinda cheap the tool functioned, felt, and worked like a heavy duty brand name tool.

Great tool!!!
We used this when we remodeled our house to demolish an old, giant, ugly fireplace, and we saved a lot of money using this because it was cheaper than renting a comparable unit from the local big box store, and it still works fine. We also removed some very tough tile with it, as well as making a trench in my slab for installing wiring under the floor for the kitchen island. Recommended.

Used for tree stump removal
This is a power house. Bought this over a stump grinder rental. Used on a 30 inch ash tree stump. It has no problem peeling away the layers. Comes with a nice wide chisel. Once you get going with the trees grain it rips off 8inch pieces. I am very happy with this quality product.

Horrible
I took this out of the box and used it for the first time and the bit broke right off and now I can get the bit out. Definitely not worth the money! Shuts off every 5 mins before it's about to over heat so as a security thing it shuts off. Not happy with this product at all. The oil container that comes with it was empty.
