[UPDATE - May 4, 2018][I still swear by this tea! I read some of the negative reviews, and just want to put in that this DOES have caffeine! So, if you drink a lot of coffee or soda already, you are just adding to the amount you are getting. This tea COMPLIMENTS a healthy lifestyle! I know through my own experience that it increases INCH loss. I've used it on and off for several years, and I am pleased with the results when I drink it while focusing on eating healthy and exercising. It works, but you have to focus on lifestyle changes, too. It is a slimming tea, and it really does reduce inches - especially in the stomach area.]I have been drinking Kou Tea for two weeks now (just as directed on the box), and I have lost a total of 10-1/8 inches all over my body! I do have around 35 lbs to lose, but have been losing consistently since New Year's through dieting. I am not sure if the Kou Tea is contributing to the weight loss, but it is sure to do so with the amount of inches I have lost these few weeks. I lost more inches my first week drinking this than I have in any other week since beginning my diet, and I was already drinking the four teas alone every single day. I would HIGHLY recommend this product! It is helping to reshape my body, and I am only halfway done with the box! I WILL be buying more of this tea.BTW - the flavor is mild, but, if seeped long enough, you will taste the white tea flavor. To me, it tastes like water with a hint of tea flavor. Very tolerable and easy to drink.

Got the order pretty fast. It is a good taste, but did not see much different. Suggestion; do not rely only drinking the tea to loose weight. I do drink this tea and work out everyday for 1-2 hours. I lost almost 4 pounds.

I liked this tea at first as I had read a really good review of it on a blog comparing detox teas and I liked the taste so I had high hopes for it. I'm not sure if it works or not because I only used it for a week and I had to stop drinking it because it irritated my throat way too much, I didn't even realize it was the tea that was making my throat hurt so bad until later in the week, I originally thought I was getting strep throat, the pain was that bad. When I figured out it was the tea I thought I could try just having one or half a cup and then drink lots of water but no, it still made my throat dry and sore so I had to stop drinking it completely. I don't know if anyone else had this experience and it's bad quality ingredients or I could have a allergy to some of the ingredients (although I've never had a side affect from tea before this one). I was very disappointed with this purchase 😞

I enjoy the taste of this tea! I just started using it. All 4 teas featured offer detox and weight loss benefits separately, so I am very excited to see the combination of all 4 of these great teas in one tea bag! I drink this in the morning instead of coffee and it really wakes me up and makes me feel good. I also drink this tea before I go to bed at night and even though there is some caffeine in this tea (which I am normally sensitive to), the small amount does not act as a stimulant and in fact, I find it the tea very calming in the evening, which is great! I am excited about finding this tea on amazon and adding it to my diet and exercise regimen. I plan to keep drinking it going forward as it is also very good for your health. I recommend that you give it a try! I am sure you will be as pleasantly surprised as I was. I decided to purchase this tea after reading such great reviews about it and because I'm starting my weight loss journey and wanted a little something to kick start weight loss. First, this tea tastes really good. I'm not normally a tea drinker but I really don't mind drinking this. It says to brew for 1 min but I brew mine for longer maybe 3 mins and it doesn't give it any bitter taste. I add one packet of stevie or use a TBS of honey in it and it tastes great. I consume about 2 cups a day one in the AM and one in the afternoon. I may go up to 3 cups a day. It's very gentle on your stomach and has made "going" very easy for me I'm guessing the detox effect? I haven't used it for long enough to rate any weight loss results as of yet but it has helped me a lot with bloating. So, if ur considering buying this go ahead you won't regret it and the health benefits of green tea and such is always a great plus

I'm not a big tea fan, but this one actually doesn't taste half bad. And I did buy it with the intention of losing weight, but just drinking a cup of tea a day isn't gonna make you lose 20 lbs, so if that's what you're expecting, you're looking for something impossible. But the company is nice enough to email you a diet plan to follow, which is actually pretty good! And if you read what the diet plan says, you are actually supposed to drink at least 4 cups of tea a day, which may sound like a lot, but trust me it's not bad. I find myself drinking tea whenever I'm hungry- and it suppresses my appetite enormously! I honestly feel like if you stick to drinking the tea whenever you feel like having a snack, you can save yourself the calories and still feel full! Amazing! I'm ordering a second box as I type this!

It's just tea. Extremely expensive tea. Promoting it as some kind of detox just tricks people into thinking it does something other than any other tea would.

I actually really like this tea, but I cannot attest to any weight loss. I feel like it did relieve any bloating I had, so that did decrease inches in my waist. The flavor is not very strong so it is easy to drink. At first I didn't know if liked the flavor, but after a few days, you get used to it.So ultimately, I didn't lose a ton of weight but I did lose inches from bloating. I would order this again for that reason alone.
