I usually wear a L but their sizing chart recommended a M. It was difficult to get on over the shoulders but the more i think about it youre probably supposed to slide into this feet first so it could be my fault.Other than that it works as described, Really good at making you sweat, durable, quality fabrics. seems like it gives a little bit of back support as an added benefit that they don't advertise. I'm about 6'1 195Lbs I don't use this as a waist trainer, I use it more during my workouts as a way of increasing and maintaining a higher body temp and it works extremely well at that. With that being said if you're trying to hide a little bit of love handle or muffin top this will definitely handle that!

Bought this item 2 months ago and it started to shred. The elastic band started to come off the seams I tried to return it but I cant I will not buy this product again rest assured.

Overall, the slim belt supported well and felt sturdy and durable. It seems as it will help hold everything together and last a while. The only issue is that it did roll on the top and bottom a little.

I think this product is really good. I have added it to my workout routine over the past couple weeks and I can tell I am getting a much better workout when I use it.

My husband loves this sweat belt! It is comfortable and perfect to wear to the gym under clothes! It certainly makes you sweat!

Two days in, its unraveling at the top. Too bad, I enjoyed the extra support and did feel like I was sweating more.
