Dr Oetker Pie Filling Lemon, 7.5 oz

I needed lemon pie filling for a recipe and none of my local stores carried it. Thank god I can always count on Amazon to have literally everything. I opted for this key lime and I’m glad I did. It was easy to make and super yummy. Egg yolks, boiling water and stir, stir, stir and it thickens to a firm mixture. It was delicious.

I like this product very much and have just started using it to make a lemon dessert. The product I used to use is no longer on the market. The company went out of business. The only problem I have with Dr. Oetker is the price. Why are all other lemon pudding and pie fillings less than $2.00 and yours is over $7.00. You have to use the same amount as a $2.00 box. I didn't pay that much when I bought it at my local grocery store..They no longer carry it. I will NOT be ordering again. .

I liked the ease of making it.

I wrote a couple notes to the seller regarding this purchase and he didn't find the time to reply. It was a very simple question about the difference between the picture shown and what the item looked like when I received it. This was a first for me as far as the lack of response. The item was great but the sellers actions need work.

Makes the best tasting lemon meringue pie ever.

I was looking for Keylime pudding mix, and the photo showed Keylime. I ordered two. Lemon pie feeling came, so I went back and looked at the listing and the listing says lemon, but the photo is of lime so it’s very misleading. I can’t return this, so I’ll try the lemon, but I’m very disappointed.

It was deliciously gooooot!!!

kinda sweet for lemon and was pricey..box said for 9" pie and that is debatable..was not a full pie
