I came up with a full change using this and other things that has been very effective that I wanted to share. First, this is very affordable, and though this requires a lot of money in supplements, please also remember that if you are overweight you are probably spending $400-$600 a month in food, and this will absolutely save you money at the store and restaurants. So what you put in to the supplements you can easily get back out at the end of your month by not purchasing as much to eat. * NatureWise Raspberry Ketones Plus+ Weight Loss Supplement and Appetite Suppressant (now on called RK+) * NatureWise Green Coffee Bean Extract 800 with GCA Natural Weight Loss Supplement (CBE) * NatureWise Garcinia Cambogia Extract Natural Appetite Suppressant and Weight Loss Supplement (GCE) * Now Foods B-12 (B12) and finally, for the workouts, make sure to get: * McDavid Waist Trimmer (raises your body temp and really gets you sweating to burn more calories) The RK+, CBE, and GCE all help appetite. The B-12 helps with a slow metabolism to help jump-start it. True enough that there is no magic supplement, through many sources of "every little bit helps" we will get to those magic results you want. I crave a lot of food at night, the worst time, and could gain 5 pounds from half a pound of chocolate, so I'm speaking from the heart. 1. First wake up, take CBE, GCE, GCE, with a full glass of water 2. Wait 45 minutes and eat breakfast. Seriously. You wont lose weight unless you eat soon after waking up, this wakes up your metabolism and gets you started. Breakfast is a MUST. To help keep cost down, I drink an "Equate" brand chocolate shake found right next to the slimfast. Oddly enough, the Equate is actually made with less chemicals too. 3. For lunch time, take GCE, GCE, again with a full glass of water. 4. Take the B12 and place it under your tongue and let it sit there like you were slowly sucking on a cough drop. DO NOT swallow this tab or you are wasting your time/money. Suck on this and wait for 45 minutes, if its taking too long, chew it very thoroughly and let it dissolve in your mouth. 5. Each lunch and then take RK+ to help curb future hunger for the next 4 hours. Ive discovered this product helps tremendously, for short periods of time and you can only take 2 a day, so use them wisely when you know you over-eat. For me it is at night, so I save them for later in the day. 6. Dinner time, take CBE, GCE, GCE, once again wait 45 minutes and then eat. 7. I wait for at least an hour or two and then take my final RK+ to really make sure I can go to bed without feeling hungry. Notes: You MUST wait the 30-45 minutes before eating. This gives your body time to digest the supplement so that its effects can change your real time hunger sensations. You will notice the feeling of slight nausea you get from really over-eating. As long as you arent actually sick, this seems a normal occurrence that happens to me once every other day or so. If you are finding you are having a hard time waiting the 45 minutes, then you need to adjust your schedule, set an alarm on your $200 dollar phone if you have to, and take it sooner so that you can for the next time. If you take the supplements and then eat right away, they will eventually have the same effect, but by then you have probably eaten too much as per usual for weight problems, and it will be too late. The B12 can really be taken anytime during the day, but I really like using it during one of those 45 minute waits because it helps trick my mind into thinking we are eating when really we arent. How to save the money back: Breakfast can be the Equate brand knockoff of the slimfast shakes. Good amount of calories and ultra cheap compared to a meal. Lunch, I recommend the Amy's brand frozen ANYTHING. It all taste great, you will only spend $3-5, and very few items have more than 400 calories. Using the RK+ effectively and strategically for YOUR body when you need it most will help you not eat as much food, and that of course saves you a lot of money. I eat no less than 1500 calories a day. (1200 if female). If you do not eat at least this much, guess what, you arent losing weight again. BREAKFAST, EAT ENOUGH CALORIES, WAIST BAND w/ MODERATE EXERCISE AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK FOR AN HOUR, this can be very effective overall plan. Lost ten pounds the first week, second week my body leveled out a bit, but I am still looking at a loss of 2-3 pounds. My goal is just to lose 2-5 pounds every week and I think this will be very successful in the long run.

DeGe-- NatureWise Garcinia Cambogia Extract Natural Appetite Suppressant and Weight Loss Supplement This is a little long, but each effect I list--was significant, not just a mild effect. I haven't taken diet pills in the past, but decided to try NatureWise Garcina Cambogia 180 count after reading the reviews. I read the reviews of other Garcinia products before I chose NatureWise. I like that the company is located in the United States, contains no fillers or artificial colors. And for those reviewers that told their positive, honest experiences--I really appreciated that. I order a lot from amazon, but this is my first review I've written, so I understand that some of you may have written your first and maybe only one. I have shared my experience with 5 friends who started taking this. I have sensitivities to chemicals, smells, and allergies to different things. So I am careful about what I take. I also read the negative comments and am sorry it didn't work for some. Now I will give my honest experience, not exaggerated or any added fluff. I have been taking Garcinia Cambogia Extract 180 by NatureWise for about 2 months with no negative side effects, only benefits. I make sure I take it at least 30 minutes before I eat with full glass of water, and drink a lot of water throughout the day. The customer service is truly sincere and very helpful. I received my free bottle and appreciated it cause it gives me a good chance to see how well the product works. The coupon was already in the box, so no one influenced me to give this review. So, I will be upfront in saying that I did receive a free bottle of this product and was asked to write a review; they did however ask that I be honest - and I will reiterate that my review is not/was not 'purchased'. I reviewed the data that was available online for Garcinia Cambogia (GC) and the overwhelming majority of data seems to indicate that it can serve as a pretty impressive supplement in weight-loss strategies - IF you take the recommended dosage of a quality product. Taking the wrong dosage or a low-quality product is likely just throwing money away. For me, the pertinent talking points: High quality product with 3rd party verification of ingredients/concentration - that is HUGE; Efficacy: Part 1: I only took the 'intro' dosage of 500 mg 3x/day for a couple days prior to switching to the full dosage. I noticed no differences in appetite or weight in those initial 72 hours (but I didn't expect to) Part 2: I have lost about 6 pounds in 2 weeks, but I also made some sweeping changes at the same time. I had put on some weight from a period of inactivity (due to surgery) and wanted an efficient way to take it back off. For me, that was about 10 pounds over 'ideal' weight (targeting ~ 175# at 5'11"). My changes also included decreasing alcohol consumption to nearly zero (from 2 beers/day) and increasing high intensity anaerobic exercise from almost zero to 8-10 hours/week. So in my mind's eye, I likely can attribute around 1 pound per week to the decreased alcohol and another pound per week to the increased exercise, leaving ~1 pound per week from GC - which would indicate that it is working as claimed. I want to note that I have made zero changes to my diet though; while my normal eating routines might not mirror the majority of Americans, it hasn't changed - I eat a 8+ servings of vegetables/fruits per day (mostly vegetables), eat fat, eat meat and eat dessert, but try to limit processed foods as much as is practical. Part 3: I have experienced a marked decrease in actual hunger (one of the claims is appetite suppressant) so much so that I really just don't feel hungry even during meals. Part 4: whether it is because of other things in life or attributable to the claim of increased seratonin levels, I'm in quite a good mood. Of course, seratonin cannot cross the blood-brain barrier so if I am feeling 'happy' those seratonin levels are being created in my brain, rather than consumed - but in your gut it is supposed to do a whole wealth of other things including regulation of aging and bone metabolism and as I noted above, I'm coming back from a surgery and was secretly hoping for some "natural healing" as a 'side effect'. Pills are easy to swallow;I saw some people noted pill size as being difficult and that is nonsense - I definitely throw both in my mouth at once and they go down quite easily with just water. They are nowhere near as large as some of the multi's out there plus they are made of that gel-cap material. I suppose you could still empty the powder into a glass of water if you have some sort of difficulty in swallowing. Why not 5 stars? It would have had to have done something I never expected in order for me to give 5 stars - i.e. be some miracle drug and I think that if someone is looking for that miracle drug, you are likely barking up the wrong tree by looking at ANYthing natural. Miracle drugs are just that - drugs; non-natural and likely not very good for you long or short term. This is a supplement, and from my experience a very good one that does exactly what it claims. I recommend it as a supplement to a healthy lifestyle and I believe that it likely does assist in healthy, natural weight loss with minimal or no side effects.

If you are reading this review, you've probably done your research regarding Garcinia Cambogia, and know of its many benefits, and know that the supplement should contain only Garcinia Cambogia, potassium and calcium. NatureWise delivers just that. I recently went to a popular vitamin/nutrition chain store, and found their product contained several other ingredients that contribute to its having sugar, sodium and fat - and 20 calories a dose. They claim their product is "all natural" and contains no sugar, but that doesn't add up when you read the actual nutrition details. Again, there should be nothing but the three ingredients listed above. After doing my research on Garcinia Cambogia, I bought it through NatureWise, and have had nothing but good experience since. I received the product three weeks ago. To my surprise, inside the package were uplifting and sincere-sounding inserts from NatureWise. There was an offer to receive a free bottle of whatever product was ordered from them, if you felt it was helping you. After taking the Garcinia Cambogia product for two weeks, I had pretty great results. I don't get on the scale, and I don't measure myself, but if I had to guess, I'd say I'd lost about 8 pounds - going by how my clothes fit, and how I looked in that horrible thing called a mirror. So, I got online and filled out the form to request a free bottle. Then was informed that a Customer Care Rep would be contacting me for further information before the request would be fulfilled - but that there would be no pressure from that Rep to buy anything else, etc. Yep, I was darned skeptical about that part! But, again, I ended up being pleasantly surprised. Sure enough, I was contacted by a NatureWise Rep the very next day, and she was lovely. Nina Johnson. :) She asked why I liked the product and she gave me some more info on it, and she verified my address to ensure I'd receive the free bottle. She asked if I'd be willing to write out a review for this product, and I said yes. And that is something! I've never written a review on any product I've bought online - ever! But, I'm just so impressed by this company, NatureWise, and they need to hold on to Nina Johnson, because she is definitely an asset. She made me feel like I was talking to a caring friend. I've never had such a good experience with a company in my life, and I've dealt with many companies, as you all have. Back to the Garcinia Cambogia itself - I should let you know that I'm a female in my mid forties - going through Menopause (sorry, male readers - don't mean to make you uncomfortable). :) So, I've done allot of research on natural remedies to help combat the unpleasant things that come with that - weight gain being just one of them. I really did lose a significant amount of weight in two weeks - for just taking this product, but I'm not sure that is typical. Just saying... I think you need to take this product for awhile - 2-3 months before you really see results, so don't get discouraged if you don't lose eight or so pounds like I did right away. I think it affects people differently, and we all have different things going on with our bods. I seriously doubt I'll lose another 8 pounds in two more weeks by just taking this supplement (though wouldn't that be fantastic - ha, ha?!). I think I'll have to start exercising too. Blech. :) But, maybe I'll actually start feeling like exercising with continued use of this product. It definitely does curb your cravings, and also, it just sort of mellows you out. I heard about the Garcinia Cambogia craze that was going on but paid little attention to it until my neighbor mentioned to me how she'd been taking it and was getting all the great results you read about. She told me she ordered from Amazon but did not specify which brand or company. I bought this particular brand based on how the company presented its values, the vegetarian capsules (I'm vegetarian) and of course, the claims. My neighbor told me she had more energy to keep up with her young child, she slept better and had lost some weight. These were all things I needed. I have a high-stress job with long hours so I often find myself mindlessly snacking at a computer either for energy to get to that 12th hour or because I think I'm hungry when I'm not. I do exercise when I get the chance but because of the long, unpredictable hours I don't work out on a regular basis. Basically I am a human work-robot and I was hoping the GC could help me. I ordered this and was excited to give it a try. I received it as expected, the shipping wasn't too fast or too slow and the bottle was huge. I opened the bottle and discovered gigantic, dusty pills. First thing; while reading reviews for this exact product no one mentioned how huge these pills are. They are HUGE. Second, the pills are covered in dust, so much so that I thought one had broken open but when I emptied the bottle into a clean bowl all pills were in tact. I decided I would take the pills using the Satiety instructions which is 1 pill 3x a day 1/2 hour to 2 hours before eating. I chose to start on the Satiety option because a big problem of mine is snacking (or eating dinner and being hungry 10 minutes after I'm done) and I wanted to feel full longer after eating and between my meals. I started the first pill before dinner that night and was a little nervous I'd get an energy boost and not be able to sleep but that didn't happen. I didn't feel anything after taking this pill besides the discomfort of having to swallow it. The next day I started on the regular regimen and continued for a week / week and a half with feeling absolutely no difference whatsoever. I tried to vary the times to see if that would work better for me but I found out the longer I waited to eat after taking a pill (past the 2 hour mark) I would start to get a headache. I tried eating as soon as I took it to see if that would help and nope, nothing. After about a week and a half of 3 pills per day for Satiety and not feeling satiated I bumped up to two pills. I started to take two pills to see if that would help and it didn't. I took 6 pills a day for a week before I gave up and stopped taking them all together. I have felt no different being off the pills than when I was taking them. As a last ditch effort I decided to start taking the 3 pills 3x a day which is a lot (to me), this is the Weight Loss option on the label. I'm still taking them as I write this and have had no special Garcinia Cambogia effects that everyone else who reviewed this product has. No appetite suppression, no extra energy or any other claims printed on the bottle. I'll update my review in the coming weeks. As my review for NatureWise Garcinia Cambogia 180 Count stands now, this stuff is garbage and I don't recommend purchasing this product. Update: 10/8/13 After reading the negative reviews more closely about it not working and some scary side effects I do not feel comfortable taking this product any longer and will be returning it. I suggest reading negative reviews across all the GC products available, not just isolated to NatureWise.

So I read the review about Garcinia Cambonia (not this specific brand) and saw Dr.Oz show and wanted to give it a try. Also I notice people complaining about gaining weight, note that this also helps lean muscle, if you do exercise you may not notice big change on weight but maybe on inches. My profile: I'm 5'8 and weighted 222 when I started with this pills, I Was 248 before. I was stuck between 222 and 219 for couple of months so wanted to try this and see I can get out of that. Pill doze: I'm following Dr. Oz recommendation and I think is the same as this one. For fat lose is recommend 3 (1500ml) 30-60 minutes before meal but no more than 3000ml per day. I take 3 by lunch and 3 by dinner with a bottle of water. Please drink a lot of water, no soda or juice. If you want juice go and buy the fruit. Juice are as bad as Soda. Eliminate sugar and maybe have a little on the weekend as rewards. :-) Food Breakfast: usually a banana, apple and a fiber bar. Except on Fridays that I have hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, and sausage) and water. Lunch: Salad with spinach, chicken breast, 2 boiled eggs, dressing, and cheese. Also something I eat whatever I fell like. Plus water Dinner: M-F protein shake after riding my bicycle or exercise and weekend whatever I feel like. Activities: I do mountain biking 4 days a week for 7 miles each day and if the weather does not allow me then I'll go to the gym and do the static bike for the same distance. Total is around 40-50 minutes. Weekly update **4/4/2014 Started with 222. First two days my body felt little weird getting use to the pills but I started noticing that I don't get that hungry as I use to. **4/11/2014 Current at 216. Still having issue taking the pills due to the size but by seen the results i can keep going. is helping me by controlling my hunger and more energy. Got 6 pound down and also my pants are getting lose. Clothes shopping soon!! :-) ** 4/30/2014 Current at 215. After couple of weeks I see no change. I only take it the days I don's do exercise because it does help me with my hunger. beside that I don't see doing anything else Summary: after testing for couple of weeks this pill only help for controlling your hunger. that's why I give it 3 stars. If you want to lose weight the best way is to controlling your food and keep track of your calories. They are multiple phone apps that will help you with this. {Updating this review years later. Almost 2020. I never update unless I get mad about it later on. Still using it. Got down to and am maintaining my goal weight (114-117lbs 5’3 started at about 170lbs before Garcinia). See 3rd photo. This was all with minimal exercise or just daily activity. NOTHING extensive at all. It’s all about the diet and portion control. If I’m really busy or I run out and go a week or two without these I can tell. I get hungry faster. I get full slower. And I always want a snack. This really helps me maintain my weight and my appetite. I don’t need to “graze” all day or think about my next meal. My portions are much smaller just because that’s all I need now to feel full and I only have seconds if it’s something really good, not because I’m still hungry. 100% recommend. You must try it for 1.5 months before you say it doesn’t work. It needs a little time to get properly into your system. I take these pills twice a day. Two with lunch. Two with dinner. Eight ounces of water each time. 30 minutes before I eat (more than 30 is better than less than 30 if I’m not sure on time). For me, the price is a lot easier to handle taking 4 a day. Definitely start with that. The 180 bottle lasts a little over a month. Worth it. Leaving my original review below so you can tell it’s all real.} It's difficult to say. I had been previously taking Garcinia from another supplier with AMAZING results! Then they changed their formula and it just stopped working. I had to find a new supplier. The first was a total scam. Then I decided to look on amazon and read their reviews of suppliers instead of looking on the suppliers website to get REAL reviews. I decided on two suppliers to try. Naturewise and one other. I started with Naturewise because it has the best reviews. It's not as good as what I used to take. I know that. I used to take only 2 pills twice a day. These people recommend up to 9 daily! That is too expensive and not practical. I started with 4 a day like I used to. I got sick. Headaches and stomach pains which are 2 known side effects. I decided to stick it out for a week anyway. It got better but was not gone. Went one more week. I no longer feel those side effects. Maybe my body just needed to adjust to the change in ingredients. I have not gained weight sice starting these 2 bottles ago. I lost a bit and am now just holding weight. This could be because the pills are not as good or could be because I am so close to my goal weight. The bigger you are, the easier it is to drop pounds. Once you get smaller it becomes more difficult. I also notice cravings and the need to graze here and there which I did not have at all with my previous supplier. My portion sizes to get full also increased slightly. I upped my dosage to 5 per day. It seemed to help but then went back to how it was so I went up to 6 which is my current dosage. It hasn't been long at all so I don't know if it's helping but I can't keep upping my dosage every month so I hope this does not become a pattern. I will see. I do think that they should put more garcinia and less filler in their pills to cut back on how many you need. 9 a day is crazy and expensive. But overall, this product does have at least some true Garcinia in it and does help with lowering portion sizes, not needing to graze or eat small things all through the day, and with cravings for sweets or othef junk. Is it the best Garcinia product out there? I don't know. I haven't tried enough suppliers to tell. For now it is helping me hold my weight so I will continue to buy. I will probably try a few more suppliers to see how they compare before I decide to stick with these guys for good. But do know that Garcinia Cambogia DOES work. It really does. It helped me lose almost 60 pounds that I know I would not have lost otherwise. It WILL lower your portion sizes without you even realizing because you will feel just as full! It WILL help your brain stop thinking about snacks through the day or feeling the need to "graze" aka snack through the day. It WILL help you avoid cravings. And it WILL help you shed the weight if you eat healthy and stay away from the junk. I did not exercise at all! That being said, not every supplier sells true Garcinia so please read reviews before trying. If this is your first time trying Garcinia than this product will work for you and you will see a difference! It just might not be strong enough for long time Garcinia users. So yes, I would recommend it right now because I currently do not know of a better supplier. If it makes your head or belly hurt stick it out for a week and see if it eases up like mine did. And maybe once you see what Garcinia can do you can start trying other suppliers and see what else is out there. I have attached my oldest before photo and my most recent after photo. Yes, they are REAL! You can tell by the tattoo that they are both the same person. But keep in mind that 80% of the weight I lost was from using a different supplier. I only 3-4 months ago started using Naturewise. I did lose 7 pounds or so on Naturewise alone and this is towards the end of my goal so the pounds come off slower. I just want you to see how well Garcinia in general works. 100% recommend Garcinia to anyone struggling to lose weight. Oh and WARNING- do NOT buy from Islands Miracle on here. They are my previous supplier and as amazing as their product was they RUINED it when they changed the ingredients. It is worthless now. Do not waste your time or money. Research Verified is also a fake supplier with fake reviews. I will adjust my review in the future and update if I stuck with Naturewise or found a better supplier. Good luck! I almost never order the same diet supplement twice. Nothing is that impressive, and there's always something better out there. I liked the fact that Dr. Oz recommended GC on his show and chose this one because of reviews and the #1 best seller label. I have been more impressed with this product that any other diet supplement I've used. I've been very consistent with taking one before each meal (or even with it, if I forgot to take it ahead of time). It doesn't give me the jitters, it doesn't keep me awake, and it really helps my cravings. I read the "French Women Don't Get Fat" book and used some of her pointers. I've always been pretty good about portion control and try to work out a few times a week. I also drink water throughout the day. I have a sweet tooth, though, and snack too much in general, at night in particular. I don't want to "diet" or count calories, so I've started eating healthier - more vegetables, higher "quality" of food, savoring each bite and chewing thoroughly before picking up my fork for the next bite. You're also supposed to not eat in front of the tv or anything else distracting. Just enjoy each bite of food. Dark chocolate or cooked fruit are two recommended desserts, when you want them. I took one Dark Dove square, broke it in half, savored it thoroughly, then broke the other half into two pieces. Amazingly satisfying! This has REALLY helped me slow down my snacking and make better choices, because I don't feel as if I'm starving or just HAVE to have something I shouldn't. My sugar intake is way down, and I've dropped several pounds. I'm one of those people who are down to the really, really hard last 5 - 10 pounds. I'm determined to get rid of them before swimsuit season. We live on a lake, and family members love to come for the weekend during nice weather, so I can't hide those extra pounds in regular clothes! I ordered a second bottle for a sister, since they've been working for me. I may have missed it the first time, but on the second bottle I noticed the insert that said they'd send you a second bottle free. How surprising is that!? And to anyone that says they still overeat, I always point out that it can't control your fork. Saturday was a family member's birthday, and I definitely had chocolate cake and ice cream. BUT, I didn't go back for seconds later that evening, as I usually would have. I passed on Sunday as well, and sent the rest of the cake home with the birthday girl. I just checked dates - I received my first bottle Jan. 9th. I actually lost 4 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks - that's phenomenal for me, especially since I'm not denying myself, just being sensible and trying to follow some good guidelines. That's how you keep it off. Find a way of eating that works for you that you can always follow. This is making that a lot easier for me.
