The different sizes of support are great. I can wear. This with candles and flip flops!
The arch support has reduced my pain and has allowed me to walk more. I am not pain free but at least 50% better.

Good support but they claim latex free when it’s not.
It stays in place and provides quality support. I have a latex allergy, and this product gave me a reaction. It claims latex free but when you research the actual ingredients the band does contain latex. Unfortunate because the support is wonderful.

Well Thought Out Design
This wrap is perfect for me. The shape works well on my foot and it is not too cumbersome or thick. It is designed to put pressure where needed and not just an all encompassing sleeve of “1 size fits all”. The Velcro’s strap is contoured and not just a thick pad of fabric therefore it fits inside my shoe. I’ve had plantar fasciitis 3 different times over a period of 10 years and this is the best. It is comfortable to wear, even at night. I also love the sizing. My foot is at the lowest end of a small for women and I actually was able to wear this comfortably with a shoe. The pillow that fits inside the pocket is comforable. I also like the fact that this design is made for aiding help where needed, right and/or left

Don't overdo it
I've worn mild arch support for years. For the last 3 years, I've been shoeless most of the time. My arthritis in my knees and feet are being made worse because I need to drop some weight. Started walking but my feet hurt. I wore the highest arch for several hours over the course of 7 days thinking it would help strengthen my ankles. On day 4, I went for a walk and my legs got so weak I almost didn't make it back home. Yet I persisted, on day seven, I could hardly make it from the garage to my door without holding on to my car, the garage, etc. I stopped the arches figuring that I'd overdone it. Yet 4 days later i was still wobbly legged. Visited my Dr and she said flat feet aren't as big as an issue as trying to force the muscles that know how to walk to not and forcing the muscles that don't know how to walk into trying. She ran several tests to be sure I didn't have MS or some other illness. Tests were good. Now am focusing on cardio and strength work that are easy on my joints to lose the weight. I'm embracing my flat feet. The strained muscles will take 2 to 4 weeks to forgive me. These arches are not a terrible product but they may be a product you don't really need. If you do feel the need, start small, both in height and duration of wear. Don't be an idiot like I was.

Works as intended
Comfortable, able to strap on while using shoes. Able to change height of arch protectors to small, medium or large.

Meh.
It did seem to slightly improve my foot pain for a bit but the Velcro didn't last 2 weeks so it's already useless to me.

An inexpensive alternative to orthotic insoles, they really work!
I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis and was prescribed arch lift orthotics to relieve the pain. They do the job, but I found out they don't last long before they wear out, maybe about 6 months, and they aren't cheap, usually between $40 and $60 for the podiatrist approved brands (don't cheap out, I learned you get what you pay for). These fabric arch supports accomplish the same thing and never wear out because they are elastic! You can stretch them to vary the amount of lift to suit your need, while orthotic inserts have a fixed amount of lift that may not be right for you. They come with stone-shaped rubber inserts for additional lift, which are worthless. You only need a TINY amount of lift, but under the ENTIRE arch area in order to relieve pain, not a rock in your shoe. For example, if you cut a 3" square of cardboard and put it in your shoe, your arch can feel the difference in height, and that's only about 1/8" high. I've found that the fabric strap alone is thick enough to relieve pain equal to my orthotic inserts. I'm currently using them in conjunction with Skechers' "arch-fit" style shoes, which I highly recommend. That combination has my feet feeling energetic and springy at the end of an 8 hour standing work shift!

Ice doesn’t stay cool as long as I’d like
I got these to see if they would help with restless leg syndrome. Not enough time to decide.
