Jesus, Jihad and Peace: What Does Bible Prophecy Say About World Events Today?

Every thinking, caring and praying believer needs to read this book and then fortify and nourish their their spiritual life and commit to being a faithful witness of the Gospel as well as urgently praying privately and with others for our nation that for the most part does not understand the realities of Islam and what is already happening within our beloved country.The entire book is very informative and challenging. I especially liked chapter 12 “God’s Peace Treaty” The author says: “Maybe we have misunderstood and mis-defined what it means to have peace on earth. I believe there are actually three forms of peace. One is the kind of peace the world knows. One is the kind of peace Islam offers. And one is the kind of peace that Jesus, the Prince of Peace, offers. Those three kinds of peace are deceptive peace, dark peace, and divine peace.” He goes on to carefully define these and reminding us that only by surrendering to Jesus who is the Prince of Peace can we have God’s peace and hope in an uncertain world. The book will also be a good witnessing tool. I finished reading the book the day I received it on my Kindle!

Islam as it relates to Bible prophecy has been a very popular topic for the past several years. Michael Youssef’s new book Jesus Jihad and Pease is another look at the subject.There are several aspects of this book that I really appreciated. The first is Mr. Youssef comparison between Islam’s and Christianity’s perspective of God and how those beliefs effect our respective world views. I had never considered the subject in that light and it really brought clarity to subject for me.I also appreciated Mr. Youssef’s explanation of the history of Islam and the different sects and political undercurrents involved in the subject. I have a better grasp now of the Sunni & Shiite conflict and how that has played out on the world stage.Finally Mr. Youssef warns his readers not to fall for false peace offered by Islam but instead to believe in the true peace offered by living God of the Bible through the atoning sacrifice of Yeshua the Messiah. I found this book to be very insightful and ultimately encouraging. I'm glad I read it!

This book tells the truth. Youssef was raised in Lebanon and knows about its religious culture, Islam. This is false, manmade religion designed to control the masses. They do not believe in free choice or cause and effect, thus cannot use science or philosophy to progress in world society The society outside the ruling class are sadly brain dead. Allah causes everything to occur, but passes his authority along to the human Immans. It's goal is world domination. It is not only cruel to non-muslims, but to its people especially women. It is a mean-spirited religion. Yourself does a good job explaining how this religion has organized itself beginning in the early twentieth century starting with the Muslim Brotherhood. What we are seeing today is a struggle of this religion trying to move out of ignorance into a significant world threat. Yourssef exposes this bad strategy showing it can only create chaos, not a solution. The only true solution can be found through the Judeo/Christian God. A very good read..

I knew America was in trouble-now I know it in a much deeper way. Well written, well supported in citations; this is not 'one man's idea' but a quick history update on things we didn't used to care about and now must. This book is not meant to scare people but I'll tell you what - in the long watches of the night the ramifications of the information in this book are so far reaching that there's not an aspect of our lives that won't be touched by this malevolent, insidious 'religion'.The most frightening thought is...these people seem to have no trouble killing themselves (let alone others) in the practice of their 'faith' and we can't even get our people to go to church for one hour on Sundays! And that's the biggest horror.Read and be amazed. And then get on your knees and pray for Christians and Christianity as you never have before.

What can I say that has not been said in nearly every one of the 5-star Reviews. In my opinion, an absolute must-read by every one who is able to read. Extremely informative, fact-based, easy to read. Revelating. This book will open your eyes to the truth of what is going on in the world today, and more importantly, will deepen your faith in Christ and your passion for ministry. May the persecution by ISIS militants refine our faith, embolden our walk, and give us a passion to seek and save the lost that all men might know the truth of Jesus Christ as their precious and powerful Lord and Savior. So far I have purchased 6 copies for my friends and family. It is my prayer that 'Jesus, Jihad and Peace' will make every Christian want to run with the Divine message of salvation through Christ alone while we still have the God-given liberty to do so!

This is an incredible book to read and understand. Mark Gabriel wrote Islamic Terrorist which is along the same line and presents similar warnings to America. This book details the real and present danger also written of by Joel Rosenberg in his book, The Mideast Beast. These three books should be on every desk in Congress if we are to get out in front of the threat from the Middle East. That threat is obvious - Radical Islam. You have seen on television the death and destruction of lives that it leaves in its path. It must be dealt with. Dr. Yousef presents a clear and detailed understanding of the threat, because he has lived it. If you have lived it, there is no better expert to expound upon it, not some empty suit or dress in government. .

Extremely well written, balanced authoritative and readable book from someone who knows about Islam having been brought up in an Islamic culture with Muslim friends and colleagues but also as a Christian leader and Bible scholar. Michael Youssef links world events and attitudes with Bible verses and challenges Christians to become more dedicated to engaging with the Word of God and the implications of who Jesus is and what is required of us. It is also a warm and practical book without unnecessary sensationalism and I found it fascinating and informative as well as challenging and after reading it situations in the world made a lot more sense to me. I would recommend it.

Excellent explanation of all it aims to do and say. Dr Youssef has a personal and good understanding of the Middle Eastern situation which is related to what the West has done and the result and implications of these actions. These are detailed and put in a chronological order of events. He also relates them to Biblical narrative and prophesy. All this brings to focus the seriousness of the developing world events in relation to the future of mankind and invokes a personal response. A very good read; I have read it twice!

This is an excellent easy to read book that gives a Christian perspective to Islam and Christianity that shows their definitive differences. Christians must stand true to Jesus and the Trinity and resurrection. Everyone should read this book,

Great book - if you're interested in reaching the muslims and also it encourages you to get more into God's word. There are sections which tells you how their doctrine conflicts with the Christianity. Have pen and paper handy and also you'll need to read it twice to digest the content better.

Great book is an eye opener, the author is not frightened to express as a nation what we have to face. It's a great book every one should read to fin out what is going on in this world with extremist ?
