how long is the life span?

Purchased these on April 6, 2018 and one just burned out. Today is May 9, 2019. They lasted just a little over a year and now I need replacements. When I installed them, I did not touch the bulb, and actually wore gloves. As others have mentioned, not really happy about this either!

is this low/High beam together?

8/13/14 Hi,Yes.(Philips #9007) The high beam is 65 watts; the low beam is 55 watts. They are together in one bulb. The light, to me, is quite bright compared to my old bulbs. I would suggest changing both bulbs--left and right--at the same time to look balanced.

Are these for High and low beams? or just low beams?

If your vehicle accepts a H13/9008 bulb, it is a projector and will work as both your low and high beam.
