OEM fit and look
Perfect fit for 3500 Chevy with dual rear wheels. Install fairly easy. No problem in application of the paint protector film. Still haven't installed the third screw that requires removal of the outside tire. They appear secure with the 2 screws. Survived a 400 mile trip at highway speeds (65 mph). Plan on installing the screws once the weather permits.

Good looks, easy install.
These look great, fit great and we're super easy to install. Yes, you will need to remove the outside tire to drill the center hole. The two main bolts hold great so I haven't set the center yet. Definitely keeps my trailers clean.

Easy fit. Will need to drill one hole. Hole is easy to drill without removing tires only if you have a 90 degree drill. Otherwise, you will have to remove tires. Pictures are after they have been installed for 3 weeks and driving through several rain storms and some sand.

Dually Mudflaps 2019 Chevy
I installed these on a 2019 Chevrolet 3500 Dually and they fit perfect. Proper installation does require drilling one 1/8" hole on each side and is easiest with the rear wheel removed.
