On average, how long does 1 stick last?

There's very little waste with this soap, if you lather directly on the face. I am averaging more than 7 months from a single stick with daily shaving; now just finishing my 3rd stick after about 20 months.

Is this pretty easy to toss in a travel pack and out and in and out effortlessly for frequent traveler without much effort?

I use it in a stick shaving soap dispenser, which works like a deodorant stick. It is a perfect traveler in terms of convenience. I apply apply the stick soap directly to my face and simply use a shaving brush to create an incredible lather. i've used it 5-6 times a week for about 2 months and still have more than half a stick left.

Anyone ever had the scent from this stuff set off your smoke alarm? Every time i shave with it with the bathroom door open, it sets off the hall alarm

Yes, it will set off your smoke alarm if you use it as an incense and burn it... As a shaving soap you're suppose to use it with water!

I shave my head in the shower. Would this work for my head?

I use daily to shave my head in the shower. Works phenomenally. Wont ever use anything else. Super smooth everytime. The wife and I share and stick will last months for us both using for everything shaving related.
